They deny young women what they worked and trained for. When Riley came in at the end of the video, that smile was genuine. She knows she is not in this fight alone. As a 40 yr old mom, I played college sports and I cannot imagine how infuriating, uncomfortable and scary it can be for you, stand strong girls. Moral courage above all.
My roommate lifts for power lifting, and has been coming in 2nd place. This year, they let in a trans athlete who is OBVIOUSLY going to demolish everyone because (s)he played football and is built. My roommate came to me crying because there's nothing she can do. The inclusiveness is HURTING all the women who genuinely worked for this.

When I was in college doing my internship, myself and several others developed a registration system for the college. We had a meeting with the web administrator and everyone on the team was informed that we must include a minority and a women on every web page, and that he would deny this if ever questioned! This kind of crap has been in colleges and all Government organization forever!

Im a competitive swimmer, a female, i went to an all girls school so i could never imagine this pain. But in the beginning when she said "growing up swimming was everything" i can relate so much. It may seem like a blanket statement to anyone who hasnt spent +15years of their lives dedicated to this sport. But for someone who knows alittle of what thats like imagine it being ripped away from you during the most important time of your competitive career, everything youve worked towards since young 🤦🏽♀️

As a man with a 13 y/o daughter that plays basketball and soccer, I stand with you 1 million percent! I have absolutely no issues with people wanting to be whoever they choose, but it is an issue for sure in girls and women sports. You dont see any born women that identify as men trying to compete in mens athletics do we? Because they wouldn't stand a chance, so why is it ok for biological men to compete against women? If we dont stand up and fight this, i believe that women sports with actual women, with cease to exist. Because men who aren't top athletes against other men, can now cross over and play as women. I was an avid swimmer in my youth so I understand a little bit about competition in swimming. You go girl, proud of you. I am a veteran. I almost lost my life for all of us, for the American values that we all share. I don't want particular recognition of that as it happened on combat maneuvers rather than in real combat.
