  • Hope some of these methods work for you when studying for ANY HSK level.
Right now is the perfect time to start studying. Please share your tips in the comments!
Also the reason why I focus so much on vocabulary is because one of my personal goals is to really improve that in general - not just to pass the test! I want to be able to improve that a lot so I'm putting a lot of effort into it.
What kind of videos would you like to see from me? I'm running low on ideas lol

Learning a new language can be hard. The reason why I make these videos about culture and traveling is because I believe it not only keeps me motivated, but maybe it can motivate others too! I feel so curious about other places in the world and it's so exciting to constantly learn new things; if you are here watching this video, you must be similar and I'm glad we ran into each other! Let's fill this space with support of diverse knowledge and curiosity.

I wouldn’t be too worried about it. I plan to use the old materials until I get through the old HSK 6 and then study for the new one.
In the end, the test is only practical for qualifying your fluency. The truth is that your connections with Chinese speakers are far more important. Language is about people. Language is not the code of a test.

I've downloaded that list before and printed it and most of the definitions are inaccurate, so this is not a good method at all. I am trying to do a similar technique myself but I have to admit that there is no easy way to score the effectiveness of this method vs another.
This points out a fairly common problem on youtube, people will come up with a new technique and immediately tell people how great it is even though they just started that technique and have been doing it for less than a week, once again I've done that myself because I was excited however what's actually going on does not correlate to what's being said.
