Yeah, I think Liberos and possibly setters bring the average down, but otherwise they're all 2 m (with many being way taller)
And then there's the Russian volleyball team...... Totally different breed of human beings, they're feeaking GIANTS! 🤣

I am so happy that you have decided to show us one day in the national team. I can only imagine how much work it takes to manage all tasks you need to accomplished during your day (including the edition of this video) but I think this is exactly what the volleyball word need! What I wish for. Sadly some complications happened and I found out I couldn’t play volleyball this season. I was really sad, but watching volleyball content in general has made me feel better
seeing you and Kawika with flip flops reminded me of the time I went to volleyball practice with flip flops, but I forgot my shoes at home XD
My friend forgot shorts one time....totally ripped his jeans 😂😂

Hi erik, i haven't told you but i'm just your fan from Indonesia.I really like watching USA volleyball NT playing, especially when 2015-2016 when you with matt,sander,micah,david lee, holt,and aaron.I just really like it, when you guys playing together like in World Cup Japan 2015. You guys nailed it and untill right now I still support you guys and I very obsessed with you guys.Literally I watch your match everday and if I don't see you guys like an hour, I could cry because I miss you guys so much and hopefully someday I can meet you guys. GOOD LUCK GUYS I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU

Since you are an experienced pro player, You should make a video where you explain to young players how to choose proper accessories (knee pads, arm sleeves, ankle brace.......)

This is kind of a general question but I always wanted to ask this:
You and your teammates are accomplished, high-standard athletes and the best the country has in volleyball. What type of practice benefits players in your level? I mean, when I was playing I was a regional 2nd division setter, which means improvement possibilities were vast. Plus we were amateurs, which meant we had daytime jobs etc. So we had to practice to keep up individually with ourselves. But for athletes in your level? OK I get that you must have body conditioning in order to keep up with the demanding schedule. But what about technique? Is there THAT much room for improvement? Is it REALLY that hard to keep your level of play once you 're up there? I mean, you already KNOW this stuff.... Or do practice sessions (both club and national team) focus mainly on tactics and teamwork? I hope you do not find my question too naive (we do hear that you must practice constantly), but I really want to hear that from an accomplished athlete perspective. Maybe you could do a video on that as well at some point. Greetings from Athens, Greece.
that’s a great question! I think there is always room for improvement but sometimes it is hard to make changes as we get older. BUT, we are constantly working on technique, tactics, systems, and team play in order to try and be our best in the matches! the practice never ends no matter where you are. it’s part of the fun!
