Good review. I wanted an open earbud to add to my collection and chose the Galaxy Buds Live over the Airpod 3s. I'm not fond of the stem design. The Sonys seem blah to me. I already have both XM4s. I'm happy with the Galaxy Buds Live. They can sound super bassy and muffled if you insert them too far. But if you get the right fit, they can sound more balanced (especially with the treble boost eq). One thing to note, if you have a Samsung phone, the Lives also support SSC on top of AAC and SBC.
I just got my Linkbuds and this guy seems to not get the intended use for these earbuds... I use them for walking my dog on the street, to the park, in the office and it's great being aware of everyone around me. It feels like being in a live concert that only you can hear. The fit is very secure and I thing the guy from this video didn't even place them we'll in the ear, they need to be more parallel to your head. I even use them in the Subway and Tram with no issues, and I keep my volume below 70% all the time
Buds live the best earbuds i ever bought. which i use all day while driving and still being able to here surroundings while maintaining great Bass. The ANC is different on these pair of buds, i found the anc is for bass and sound boost. not too much for noise cancellation, which they do still do a great job of blocking enough traffic while i can here my surroundings.. I say these a must buy especially for an open ear bud you can even use at work.
I'm sorry. But this is really dumb. Ahhh yes. THE SELLING POINT OFF THE LINK BUDS ARE THEY ALLOW ambient noice in order to hear it in the background. Don't review a product and wish there main feature to be different.
Agree. He is reviewing OPEN EAR buds, the feature that should be highlighted is contextual awarenes during commuting, hiking, office use, etc. Analyze, for example, how the transparency-sound quality tradeoff for each model impacts the overall experience. This video totally missed the point. What he calls "noise polution" can very well be sounds of nature or city soundscapes that mix well with music, podcasts, etc.
As a point in the case comparison, having magnets + friction clip is an advantage for preventing the earbuds flying away if the case falls to the ground. So the Linkbuds are great for that.
That is the point on the Linkbuds, that you'll always have "ambient mode" always on. But personally, I would not but them, not the Galaxy Buds Live. The only real fact I like about the Linkbuds is that Sony is trying and experimenting on new things
I think galaxy buds live did a good job in phone calls but I am just worried that it's IPX2 but on the other hand I am a samsung user so I think I would go for the buds live and btw the the linkbuds are really attractive and if I am using am iphone then definitely airpods 3
I actually got my ones last week and I love them ! Awesome review on them 👌🏻👌🏻I also put together a video of these Sony linkbuds if you want to check it out 😊
Is this a real question? When were wireless earbuds only about battery life? Aren't earbuds about the experience a manufacture can offer for listening... Which is not limited to battery life? 🤷🏿♂️
@@user-gp1bt4vm3r read my statement again please. Please note the question it asks. Please note what it is NOT saying (i.e. Not saying that battery life is not important)
Air pods 3 love them but they are trash with android...Not the case with buds live on apple. I wish apple would make an app for android. Like Samsung did for apple. But then again its apple 🫤
I liked the anc on the buds live. This past summer I was wearing them while working. They really helped to block out the drone of the air conditioner

Samsung just now updated the buds live and they added 360 audio which is awesome

16:52 It is late Oct 2023 and these are the only open-ear Galaxy buds to date. Also, their last update was in April 2022.

*Sony makes OPEN back earphones
This guy: "Meh, there's no option to block ambient sound.
Gonna throw my HD 660S in the garbage then. Thanks.

Technics AZ60 when review ?
When do you think they will update the partybox 1000 or get a EQ for it ??? Looking to pick one up but I know it’s been out for a while
Why not get a 710?
@@GYMCADDY I want the biggest and baddest want the offer . I was just wondering do you think they’re going to upgrade it anytime soon
Wish I had a pair. Getting the new Samsung phone and wondering which ones would go best with it. Idk if Samsung has the same pairing as apple though
Buds Live do have Samsung's proprietary fast pairing and the LinkBuds have Google Fast Pair.
The Buds Live are awesome. Got mine this week. Paired with my Z Fold 2

I love the Sony buds. I love the speak to chat. Keep my wife happy to be able to talk to her anytime she wants

I didn't like the links cause of fit
I like his 👒 🥳 🧙♂️ 🎩
Why would anyone pay $170 for airpods, when Tribit flybuds c1 have double the battery life, and are only $55.
