Very nce. At this size, would have been nice to have an outdoor kitchen on it and an outdoor shower. Maybe an outdoor entertainments space with a a TV too.
RVs/trailers have come such a long way, this is nicer than most of my apartments.
As someone who literally gave away a 2014 Dutchman, save your money. I'll never own another one of their products. There were more leaks in the roof, plumbing and baggage doors then I could count. I honestly didn't feel right taking money for it. Those nice looking interiors are slapped together. The wiring is abysmal. My 06 Newmar had a legit rubber roof. This new stuff is as thin as possible. The bedroom a/c went out twice in a month. Well those were Dometic and their horrendous warranty. That's a whole other story. Same thing with the fridge. And the furnace. The roof vents fans. The main slideout floor.

I love the split bathroom concept using hallway as extra floor space. Only thing I found off with this one was the storage slide could have been wider, it appeared to have quite a bit if clearance on either side
Wow! I really like this unit, but the kitchen is so small! No space around the stove and very little prep space. Otherwise, amazing!
Dawn plus 1! I wish these companies would gather a team of women and present these new design ideas to them to get feedback! They need to keep in mind that I don’t care if they put wings on the outside to appeal to men, if the wife doesn’t like it, it ain’t going to happen! “Happy wife, happy life” isn’t a myth! Especially full timers!
I agree. The minute I seen the “hole” the stove was in, I didn’t like it. If you have a pan with a handle, you can’t turn the handle to the outside. No counter prep space.
@@morrisapruett2118 Well you have to give up space somewhere to gain space. They chose in this floor plan to make a large bathroom.

Well that's the way to travel, but that thing probably costs more than my house and it looks like you would have to have a semi rig to tow it and where are you going to be able to park that monster and I can only imagine trying to pull into a gas station to fill up. Not trying to be negative I don't even own a camper, but love to watch all videos on them. Again great camper. If I could afford something like that I would hire a driver to haul it to where ever I am going and then haul it back for me, but that's the way to live !
I hope theres a max airfan in that toilet space.
I'm not a fan of the color scheme and the plastic shower but the layout is awesome!
Nice trailer, but I'm an outdoor kitchen kind of guy.
forget weight, at that length, a third axle seems mandated for safety concerns. The odds of center of gravity errors/tongue-tail balancing mistakes by even experience rvers seems off the chart.
I would be concerned about those factors too. Needs a 3rd axle to fully utilize all of the storage space.
This with 2000w of solar up top with 4 - 200amp hour lithium batteries and it’s unstoppable. You could run the lights, an AC and the fridge indefinitely if you setup your solar right on a rig this big. All while still keeping almost all the storage space available. It’s a shame lithium battery’s and solar aren’t included on these.. you gotta goto newer class-b campers to get the new solar tech and that sucks.
Besides having to walk through the bathroom to get to bedroom i like it

Very nice layout. I wasn't a big fan of front living room floor plans until I saw this unit. The 3 A/Cs, the large bathroom with private toilet area, and the amount of storage are all very impressive. Plus I've always liked the quality of the Dutchmen brand.
This one is amazing. Tons of room, no bunkhouse, no garage, just lots of space for a few people. If you want a travel trailer for 2 people , and don't want to make many compromises, this is the real deal.
I'd sacrifice some of that pantry space for a half bathroom.
FL is my favorite floor plan! And this unit with the couples bath in the center of the walkthrough to bedroom is PERFECT as a full time home. I LOVE IT. I had my heart set on a Big Country 42ft FL……..but now I’m rethinking that.

At what point does tail swing become an issue? Looks like an awful lot of trailer behind the axles.

Are 5th wheels safe in middle of a tornado? I heard they were safer then a basement of a poured concrete foundation with full concrete walls. What say you?
It's rated to tow 3,000 lbs. Why there's no light connections, I have no idea...
I looooove the space here but I wish there was some sort of bunk house or loft space for kids with all that space. Still a very nice 5th wheel

TBH this is a nice floor plan. However, unless these kinds of units are 10's of thousands less than Riverstone or Vanleigh why buy it? Those units to me seem to offer so much more.
Only thing I don’t like about my 410 RD is the AC is loud! Wish i had gotten a third ac and a big generator to cool it while traveling and cool the fridge . Great unit !
I really like the amount of underbelly storage in some of these new 5th wheels. I have looked at some of the luxury ones and for the cost and weight, plus the vehicle it will take to haul them, I’m always surprised how little storage there is.

I have not seen such a poorly constructed unit. The quality is very low. Thanks for showing me what NOT to buy. Layout is decent and seems to be efficient use, but the cabinetry is substandard, I can hear it in the door and drawers as you opened and closed them.
Its like a Solitude but not as nice.
Its 2021, going on 2022, and manufacturers are still using cable slides?
I really like the layout and the room in the Fifth Wheel. My only, and the Bestest half comment as well, why will they not give you room for a pot handle off the side of the range? Generally people are right handed, most, not all. But the right side of most cook tops are against the refer or a wall, or in this case, in an alcove with no room on either side. just my o2
I have one complaint with all front living room floor plans. The seating area in the slides have no place to set down your beverage. A wider slide with end tables would be great. The theater seating has cup holders, but most coffee mugs don’t fit. No space on the side of the stove, and too narrow of an island, exactly what we have now, not so great.
Would have liked to have seen the location of the dump connection and pull handles.

This is larger and more luxurious than my apartment! It's almost ridiculous as to just how far these 5th wheels have come within the last 10 years in terms of living space, general amenities and standard luxuries.

Oh, just buy a 5th wheel :-) Just kidding! The Toyota Sienna is a minivan. You are restricted to tail dragging, and very light loads at that - 3500# max weight. Popup trailer might be the only option.

In your opinion are cable driven slides a dealbreaker for you? Or are they nothing to worry about. I’ve been seeing a lot of preowned rigs that have cable slides and after watching your reviews i tend to shy away from them because of that. Should i give these units another chance?

Beautiful interior. Too big for me. It would be great if manufacturers started using mini-split acs, especially on units with these large basements. They are more efficient and quiter.

The giant shower will be great for my wife, she can’t lift her legs high enough to get into a tub/shower combo, a F450 or a Ram 4500 will fit this fifth wheel perfectly

No sir. 16k axle capacity and you'll likely only have a max of around 14,500lbs resting on them at full load. 3500lbs will likely transfer to the truck.

@@BigTruckBigRV Actually with the way they designed that, you very well could overload those axles. All the cargo area is behind the axles, the tanks being midship, and you are light loaded on the hitch area.

Hey, quick question, I have a 2020 Tundra that I know can only tow 3500lbs by the factory rating, but I was recently told that with a weight distribution hitch, I could tow more. I don't see how the hitch can change the max weight a truck can tow, can you explain what he was talking about?
A Tundra should be rated higher than that - check your manual. Sometimes a WDH is specified in order to utilize the "full" rating.
@@trackrat62 Sorry, no clue why I said Tundra, it's a Tacoma, I called Toyota to verify the weight as I thought it should be higher but then found out the Tundra is the one I wanted but it's also out of my price range.
A WD hitch engages the frame to send some of the weight to the front of the vehicle through the use of tension arms. It creates a stronger linkage between trailer and tow vehicle.
@@c.h.3500 Right, but when the guy said with it I could pull 4400 instead of the limit Toyota gives, that just sounds very odd.
This is nice, but not nearly as nice as some you've shown. #1 the recliners don't have atleast 1 cupholder, #2 as long as it is, they could have made the kitchen a little larger so you could have some space next to the stove, #3 I like the placement of the W/D but where do you store linens/toiletries...in the kitchen? Plenty of storage but not sure I'd want it seen behind the glass doors, #4 I hate those above the counter sinks, but that's just personal preference, #5 the bedroom TV seems to be off-centered, though I'm not positive cause you didn't catch a good view of it.
