And the best way to protect yourself is to be prepared for an emergency. The main thing is not to panic and follow the safety instructions.

1 or a few years ago, I was having fun with my friends and suddenly I started drowning in the river. I can't swim and my friends also can't. And I was totally helpless drowning there. But before that incident a few months ago I saw a video on it on your channel and I remembered it and done it accordingly at that time. And now that's the reason I'm still alive. Thanks for your videos

I should mention that shark attacks rarely happen, if you see one, don't panic, that will make it think your food, or injured food, if they do bite you, aim for the gills and nose, I'm a bit unsure about the eyes
The eyes work too but I don't think its as effective as going for the gills, but yeah you don't usually have to worry about shark attacks unless you are stuck there for several days and they have been hanging around for a while.
