Unfortunately mine kept losing audio on left side when gaming..also had a lot of unwanted bass compared to quantum one even after bass cut preset in the eq
@@Liessshy Horribly incompatible with PC. I have to send the white model back to the store and I am very upset. The model is very beautiful. Now I take JBL 910 or G Pro X Lightspeed 2. Maybe you know which is better of these two models? I liked the sound of the JBL 910P.
I had the same problem at first and it’s cause I had the calibration mic plugged in too early like before I started the calibration, try unplugging it and plugging it back in to the headset
Hi, have you tried jbl Bluetooth speaker, by any chance? I was thinking of buying 1 because it’s apparently excellent quality but they are expensive, so I need some opinions.
@@Liessshy erm I’m not sure. It didn’t say the wattage on Amazon. Just says high quality sound etc. I think I see 1 for about £120 and another for much more. I have a cheap 30w Bluetooth speaker but it’s not great. I want something that has deep solid bass but where you can adjust the level of bass, instead of just on or off. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks.
Hey, so... the audio is extremely quiet when I have them on computer mode, and perfect during console mode, how do I change this? It's super annoying because I want to use the app, but can't because with the pc mode on it's soooo quiet
You must use it wired. With the 3.5mm cable. It’s not compatible wirelessly with Xbox. Unless you buy the Quantum 910X headset - which is not available in Australia but is in other countries
Hello, I just bought my JBL Quantum 910 in the last few months when I watched your video about it and I'm having a problem, my microphone is perfect but with some time using it, it start to make some noises and I believe it's not only me, we have some reports on Reddit of this problem, how can I solve it? Do you know something about? I think you might be closer to JBL than me, and I would like to not have to take it to a service center because maybe an update would solve the problem. I know I can solve the problem for a while if i set the microphone to JBL Quantum 910 when it starts to make the noises but doing this 10x a day is boring. Thanks!!!!
Hey mate, thanks for the comment! Unfortunately I don't have any other advice other than making sure your headset is up to date with its system software. I would 100% recommend you reach out to their customer service, as much as you don't want to. Good luck!
I got this headset for christmas and its definetely underwhelming, QuantumSphere 360 is quite awful and I much prefer normal stereo mode when listening to music and/or gaming. At first I connected it to my phone with bluetooth and the sound was nice but when I connected to my PC via 2.4ghz there was a clear worse difference.
@@Liessshy Sorry for the necro, but would you say QuantumSphere 360 is an improvement over the 810's QuantumSurround? I just got the 810s, and I'm loving it, but I'm still within the return window, and I'm wondering if the 910s are worth the upgrade. I know they have a slightly lower battery life compared to the 810s, but as far as sound quality goes it should be the same headset, just with more options. So worth dropping the extra ~50 USD for the upgrade or nah?
You can turn of the RGB lights by holding the mic button for 5 seconds
Omg your comment saved me I didn't know how to turn mine back on thank you

You gotta push it in your ear pretty hard I had the same problem

Ordered 910P for PC.
And I’m wondering, please tell me what the difference is between 910 and 910P
910 P are made for PlayStation, 910 are made for PC

but, what is the difference?
@@Liessshy I took 910p for PC. What is the disadvantage of using them on a PC? Unlike 910 for PC

Does the 910 connect to PlayStation or do I need to get the 910P?
Works perfectly fine on PlayStation - but the P is so good too. I just got my hands on that model

Change USB port where you plug in USB cable. I connected to blue port (USB 3.0) port and it worked
QuantumSPHERE 360 is dogshit, even after calibrating. Don't know why JBL even wasted their time and money on it.
Hmm I think it's each to their own. I quite enjoy it myself but I don't play any heavy AAA games anymore
