We were there for the opening the last week of February. So convenient and nice bar. Several games to play and places to sit. They also had some unique souvenirs.
Robin V our friends are the ones who are building it and they hope to open next week! Eventually they will have 3 different food truck options, games, a mini art shop, and community artisan farmers market of sorts. It is going to be the St John Place To Be!
Jovani Gonzalez my husband is the co-founder of a small software company so he can work anywhere with an internet connection and I’m a violinist who sets my own hours : )
Did you have a filter on this video or your "Year on Saint John" video or is the water really that blue/clear? And would you say the islands are mostly recovered now or do they still have a ways to go? We're going to Saint Thomas in May and I'm so excited!!
sarah boue no filter! It really is the blue. We are on island now and are shocked at how back to normal it is. So much money was poured into the islands and you can tell. I was expecting our 30 min drive from the STT airport to the St John ferry to be really depressing, and from what we saw on the route we took, everything looks great! And the beaches are every bit as beautiful of course. Be sure to visit St. John when you are here. Rent a Jeep for the day. Explore. Do Trunk (get there early, before 10am!) and Maho for turtles (we saw 12 yesterday.... start mid beach, swim half way out in zig zags and they are a sure bet), and Annaberg ruins near by. It is heaven on earth.

Love the video. We will be back on island next month for 8 Tuff Miles. Was that the new food truck across the street from Maho?

@@corareuter7347 Perfect timing for us. We will be sure to stop in. I understand it is an expensive piece of property, I hope it works out.
