@@Spideyfit any tips on how I can get fit, like a diet certain number of exercises. I weight 188 pounds and I want to flatten out my stomach for a nice looking 90's animated series Spidey cosplay. Unfortunately, I have too much skin on my stomach from loosing 100 pounds, but I'll do something about that in the future.
Start with just the basics... Barbell squat, Deadlift, Bench press and overhead press. Maybe throw in some lay pull downs and some sled pushes on some days
By far the best RPC suit avaliable. Who makes the batman suit?
