What you said about Sunderjee is not correct. When COAS expressed reluctance about army action in Golden Temple it is this over ambitious general who was in charge of Weatern Command in the prince of his COAS promised Indira Gandhi that he can capture the Temple in a couple of days with infantry, Poor COAS Gen.Vaidya paid with his life after his retirement.
Nehru made a lot of mistake, His daughter made mistakes and her son also did the same. We are suffering for a Single family. Let us never allow their blood to come nearby anymore.
Nehru is criticised for his 'Himalayan Blunder.' It's easy to pass strictures against him, but Nehru must have gone by the judgement he was given. Indian Republic was just 11 years old when China attacked us. We definitely didn't have the Military might to take on China. Nehru couldn't have built the army within a decade with so many other priorities. Indira had spectacular successes in the capture of Sikkim and the division of Pakistan. She is criticised for the Simla agreement when she didn't push for the POK. However we do not know the kind of pressure she had from Super powers. In the same way, we can criticize Bajpai for the colossal intelligence failure in the Kargil intrusion. In the same way, Modi too will be judged by the posterity. I don't think any of our leaders would have deliberately sold our country to the enemies. The rest is mere propaganda for short term political gains.

You are just parroting a line propagated by Nehru baiters. As per the agreement with Pakistan, Kashmir would have gone to them because it was a Muslim majority province ruled by a Hindu King and it was contiguous to Pakistan. For this reason Patel had given it up and concentrated on Junagadh and Hyderabad, both Hindu majority kingdoms ruled by Muslim rulers. It was Nehru who insisted that his native land should be with India. It was then that the ruler of Junagadh made a plea of accession to Pakistan and our neighbour made the blunder of accepting it. It's this that emboldened Patel to persuade Maharaj Hari Singh to come over to India. It was to win over the Muslim majority that article 370 was included in the constitution as a temporary measure. The mistake that Nehru and his successors including Bajpai commited was not to revoke it. Similarly it was Nehru and Patel working in tandem that aborted a Pakistani attempt to annex Lakshadweep, a Muslim majority province. Pondicherry and Goa were annexed after Patel's demise. As TG rightly remarks, it is easy to blame the lonely leaders at the top without understanding the pressure on them. Nehru wasn't a person who would have parted with the land under his control. No leader would. Why, none of us would give away an inch of land that we own. Of course he wasn't perfect. He was a human and prone to errors as all of us are.

Maharaj hari singh of kashmir asked for help because his independent kashmir was invaded by pakistan and kashmir army had muslim regiments which revolted and helped the muslim tribes to invade kashmir, these people started to massacre, loot and SA people based on religion, maharaja didn't want to join neither pakistan or India but because of this, he asked for help and that's how kashmir joined with india
