    No-knead pizza with poolish, homemade pizza super easy
    ✏️Ingredients
    👉Poolish:
    1:1:0.2%
    150ml of water + 150 g of strong flour + 0.3 g of dry yeast
    *After leaving at room temperature for two hours (about 1 hour in summer), refrigerate overnight or 12-15 hours before using.
    👉Main dough:
    Fermented Poolish 300g
    Strength flour 150g
    Fine salt 6.6g
    Dry yeast 1.2g
    Water 75ml
    Olive oil 9ml
    **Stretching and folding the dough can make the dough ferment more evenly, make the gluten more elastic, make the dough more structured and hold the form, and the dough will be less sticky.

      披薩雖然是義大利的食物,但在西班牙很容易可以吃到,我很喜歡一種竹炭口味,披薩邊緣加入南瓜泥夾心,很好吃哦(流口水)
