That conductor just got mad just because you filmed a train. Photography is not a crime!
I wish that was true on the PATH rail system... You would have to be sneaky with your camera and watch your back for any station people... And if you are stayin and recording, you cant stay in 1 part of the station because that would look suspicious... And because of the No photography rule, PATH trains have a lot of bad image and videos on Google and RUclips
he Legit put the middle finger up too
@@liamheaton8198 he got fired
Legend tells that an LIRR conductor has gotten mad, and flipped-off the great Fan Railer while filming the great new M9 Train.
That operator needs re training in Public relations, and removed from a Public position with the RR
He should be receiving a summons from the MTAPD to appear in court.
First off, the person who runs a train is an engineer and second the guy who stuck his finger up was a conductor
Gotta remember that employees of the railroad are required to report people who examine an unusual amount of interest in the operations of the railroad. I don't blame him for being overly-cautious. Should he be concerned? Absolutely. Was he right to stick out his middle finger? Probably not. "Removed from a public position with the RR" absolutely not. At the very most he needs a formal reprimand.
LOL that kind of conduct in any other customer service job position besides maybe a police officer would get you fired almost immediately. The only reason this idiot would still have a job is because the union has his back.
@@GIJew im a 20 year railroader and I can tell you that your assumption is not the case because the MTA and LIRR was flaunting the new M9 cars going into service that day and literally had tweets asking for people to post their videos and pictures. There was no suspicious activity. The conductor was just an asswipe
Nobody:
Train Conductor at 1:02 :Claims cops are coming
He just doesn't know what's illegal to film and what's not illegal to film Railfanning is one of the thing that is legal to do
Photography is not a crime.
@@TakoElevators I wish that was true with the PATH trains in New Jersey and New York
Ikr
Featuring the infamous conductor :P
And that’s how railfans get MTA employees fired.
@@wyattsmith2498 not railfans, the actions that the locomotive engineers commit.
He was giving the finger!!!...yeah that one!!!!
I build those. Pretty fun process. I was also able to go on work trip to New York and ride first hand before they went out. How do you like them?
You work for Kawasaki? That’s cool. Only about 170 M9’s are in service out of the 202 ordered. Will the LIRR be able to get all of them into service by September 2023? That’s what an article I read said.
Imagine seeing the same conductor the third time
Conductor: THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IVE TOLD U!!! STOP FILMING (attacks camera man)
FanRailer: Get away from me
1:05 the guy that's yelled at you sound like a damn oink oink anger toe right comes out of his mouth. Lol
Lol! Funny most of guys who work for them could give a rats ass who is filming them. I guess he didn't get the memo that "the cops" won't be coming as it isn't illegal to film LIRR trains.
The reason why us railfans are being told not to take pictures or film by certain employees is because we are not members of the media, when in fact as stated it is not illegal to film. I think it comes from a security standpoint that has plagued us since 9/11, and when a mysterious bag is just sitting at the platform. I took a snapshot of a platform sign at St. Albans, and the conductor tells me I could get in trouble for that.
That old fart conductor should have been retired already.. He looks like he's way past 55 retirement age!!
Great video! Keep doing what you are doing. Scrap that guy. I hope he get reprimanded by the organization for being unprofessional.
I get that the people who work on railroads not wanting to have themselves filmed for obvious privacy reasons, but if this guy just focused on his job and didn't call attention to himself, he wouldn't even be in the video for more than a moment at most, if at all.
Infamous Conductor-Bird
What a knob that conductor was, I'd definitely report him if it was me.
Sweet! They run on my line!
The fuck was that train operators problem? Lol
Nice video!
Nice train!
1:02 when you can't record on the train station
It's not illegal in any way to record at a train station right? I've heard at least in public there's no law against it, but why do a lot NYC train drivers seem to hate it?
1:05
What?
He just thought you were Number 1!
Bruh, he was acting like the CEO of PATH.
Why did he even call the cops???
Some drivers would never know that videography and photography is legal here
Like video 👍
Intetesting!
😐Interesting, except for the conductor tell you to stop filming and recording.
It’s perfectly legal for you to record ignore the jerk driver
You just filmed at Friday the 13th
why do lirr drivers never want people filming
So... is railfanning the LIRR dangerous?
No, its just that possessed demon of a conductor.
I still think the front of the M7s look slightly better, but at least the M9 is an improvement over the M8.
Hmmm idk but his behavior at 1:05 appears to be in violation of NORAC Rule K…..
He told you twice stop filming lmao
On Friday the 13 tho
What was that conductor on the first departure clip saying?
He was giving the finger!!!...yeah that one!!!!!
Yo, I told you twice already to stop filming, the cops are on their way, ok ?
1:02 you have a problem with that
What did I tell you train driver stop
1:05 your train driving carrer is about to end!
Why is the driver yelling at you at 1:07?
Jonathan Rockway the dude probably doesn’t want to be filmed but he doesn’t know that it is legal to record
you're under arrest for illegally filming a train... hahaha
Doesn't want to be filmed. You literally can't see him until he shouts out the window
@@Vulturiousbros
but what did he really say ?
I wish the m9 lira was in train sim world 2
1:05 What the hell is the driver saying?
He said “Yo, I told you twice already to stop filming. The cops are on their way, alright?” The conductor also flipped him off.
1:02 The day I get kicked out of Walmart for recording.
I think you need to report that conductor to the LIRR. I take that as a threat.
no need. they already kno
@@FanRailer I hope you pled not guilty because this is what you do
@@FanRailer thanks for the update.
@@AaronJrBrundidge there can't possibly be any charges associated with filming a train going down the tracks
@@johnniebee4328 It's pretty safe standing on the station platform as the trains are not moving very fast but most of the main line railroads don't like people standing too close to the tracks as it is always possible for something to break on the train or some piece of debris to be picked up and sent flying and hurt someone. Unfortunately some of the LIRR employees have bad attitudes towards the customer/railfan. It is best not to argue with them as their unions have their backs and they will call the police on you in a heartbeat.
he sounds angry lmaoo
Good let him be angry all he wants. Lol
1:05 I hope that dumb driver gets fired
I told you twice stop recording *flicks off*
well nice video..except for the stupid conductor, I mean, if he would had kept inside, nobody would have seen him..., so what´s the problem with this dude? All he did is atract the attention of EVERYONE
Ok, at first I thought this was a fucking animation, lol
Facts omg I thought I was the only one!!
Someone hates railfans lmao
Jeez... people can be assholes, especially in New York.
M9 三菱SIC
Looks identical to the M7. Just with slightly different cab colors.
The door windows are slightly higher up too.
He can get fired from the MTA from doing that
Assign the M9's to another driver... He should be fired
1:02 what’s ur problem? Mind your own damn business!! It’s not like photography is a crime
