- The Worlds of Fun Railroad has been a staple at the park since the park opened in 1973. The ride was manufactured by a Pennsylvania-based company called Crown Metal Products, and its track spans 5300 feet. In 2023, Worlds of Fun introduced a train robbery show as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations! In this new adventure, guests join Deputy Laverne for a journey to the hills of Yumma Yucca Mesa, where they encounter the notorious Putman Bandits - a wacky brother and sister duo who attempt to rob the train in order to procure the big bucks they need to fund their illegal moonshine business! Thankfully, the Deputy, alongside the friendly Prospector Amos and his fierce watchdog raccoon Rick, are able to outsmart the no-good bandits and ensure that the train-riding folk can safely return to the station.

This was so bad. I was cringing the whole time. No offense to the actors, but this needs to be completely scrapped.
The cringe is part of the charm 😉 And you gotta remember that the target audience here is children, and they would eat this right up.
@@AdventuresWithParker my nieces (7 and 4) didn't. They thought it was weird, and they asked my sister when we were going to start moving again.
