PLEASE DON'T FOLLOW her idea of intermittent fasting blindly... Beacause these are the western ideas and we live in tropical and sub tropical regions... We need more carbs than them who is living in temperate zones.. First see your whole day work and take your food accordingly... If you stay at home or home like conditions most of the time then go for it otherwise never... We live in warm climate we exhaust more easily and we need more carbs..

    Hello man ,
    This seems to be wonderful.
I changed my eating habits too❤️
I do 16 hrs fasting and start the day with an ash gaurd juice.
Breakfast after 11 with ragi and veg
Lunch at 4 with steam veg and fruit
    Dinner at 7 with channa/greengram
Am unable to skip my dinner.
Can u advise how can I manage the day only with 2 meals ?
Am a strict vegetarian and skip milk products too.

Please don't skip dinner. U may feel light headed sick and fatigue. She doesn't do this everyday. Also most of her calories are from oil. Just reduce your consumption of oil and u can eat more. By more I mean one more meal. Yes! oil makes a drastic difference. one tbsp has 120 calories! The same calories u get in 3-4 cups veggies.Just eat small meals frequently.

Currently i am on intermittent fasting..I am working in night shift..and have my first meal around 1pm..Till afternoon everything is fine..but at 4 or 5 i start having burning sensation in my throat..Even if i try to eat anything it feels like vomitting.I guess this is because of intermittent fasting only

Hello Nisa Chechi !! Great videos !! I watch your videos and plan my meals as they are well balanced and nutritious. Can you please give us the link for purchasing the silicon finger cover to chop onions and green chillies finely. That seems very useful and handy. Thank you 😊

Healthy eating costs less than illness and doctors. Pay now or pay later. Also cheaper than meat, poultry or fish.
