Did you see the amount of damage done to the road? Be happy they got this much of it done in 5 years. Actually it was in about 2.5 - 3 years to do the work they were able to do.

Roosevelt Dam was built in five years without modern equipment so good job ADOT for taking five years to fix a road that already existed.
