Dying strip malls come to life, LOL. With dead things none the less. Our Spirit is in a dead ToyzRUs and it is a carbon copy of yours.
Halloween express snagged the toys r us last year! This one was in an old furniture store.
so far SH did not go into the usual areas this year. although there is only one place and usually it is for costumes only with little room for items.
ours is small but next door to an empty Toys r Us, im like wtf.
My stores in a huge Toys R Us warehouse we opened August 2nd and are still putting new things out everyday you may need to stop by a few times Spirit never stops decorating !

Because nothing says "wharf & waterfront" like clowns & scarecrows!! You'd think there'd be at least ONE shark prop but nope.
there is so much protentional these Halloween scores could be utilizing regarding props but they seem to be stuck on clowns the past 6-8 years it seems, in my opinion they should aim for new themes, like why don't they do tales from the crypt like a crypt keeper prop, or more nightmare before Christmas props?
Gotta bank on IT.

wow, thats the biggest SH store i ever saw. mine just opened, they still dont have everything but i did buy a couple things. i love the fortune telling stuff that is popular this year.

I really appreciate this video. I recently hurt my leg really bad and haven't been able to go out and the Spirit store close to me recently opened and I was so heart broken I'm not able to go as soon as possible so it made me happy being able to see it on video at least

The boy trapped in cobwebs does in fact move. Its an AMAAAZING prop. Its subtle but the movements are lifelike
The hanging guy in spiderwebs does in fact move. He is called cacconed corpse. He has scarily realistic

I'm currently working at a Spirit store in my area, so far I love it. The funniest thing I've seen so far has to be that a customer let his 2 year old daughter hold one of the demon babies. She didn't cry unless he tried to take it away, she hugged it like a doll. I swear, it was the cutest and creepiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life.

I hit Michaels, Ross, Home Depot to have a look-see. Michaels stuff is GREAT! I'm so glad haunting season is here.
I’ve been a couple times but just to glance at it.
Oh hey! They updated the scarecrow model! Aww, I miss my scarecrow. He got knocked over by somebody and the head went flying off.
I love this!! I kept exclaiming outloud. When you passed the zombie babies and i saw my Jr. The crawler one. Then Sam and his lolli!!! The tall talking clowns!! I was able to get 3 small jumpers spiders last year diving and got the bear that rips his face off this year at the one dumpster. My Halloween heart!!!

Wow! Nice looking Spirit Halloween, ours is in old Toys R Us Stores. I haven’t visited it yet, just seen it in passing will visit this week tho on shopping day. Thanks for Sharing

I just went to spirit halloween about a week ago! I saw all of these new animatronics. I love the new theme!

Awesome tour! I always love watching your videos :) I’m not sure if you knew, but they will be getting in a lot more animatronics as time passes, such as a lifesize Trick R’ Treat Sam and Pennywise.

Awesome stuff as always out there in the US in my place in greece halloween started this year to have a thing for halloween having some small events here & there working on.We have some kind of an original halloween our self's that we celebrating in february and we also go for a maske parade for it as a tradition.But believe it or not it doesn't have the same style and hype with halloween.It is a dream come true if i ever manage to come in usa and see halloween event for once in person! Heck even this shop browsing is exiting for me to say the least! Awesome video my friend and regards from beautiful greece!

@@HappyHaunting LOL only 300 dollars worth of stuff. I got that Skull Crystal ball from Big lots, lots of Skeleton themed stuff for my dining room table. I got those gnomes among other things from Home Goods! I was decorating all day. I also got some adorable Halloween dish towels that I may make a few of those pillows with hot glue, great idea. I crafted Some dollar store black wine glasses with pumpkin diamonique and spider rings. I am tired now but happy!
It's funny the stores follow the same lay out. My store here in Oklahoma City has the same ghost ship and same animatronics on display. They most have a yearly list of what they can put on the show floor.
Yeah we get layout stuff we try to abide by pretty closely, just makes things easier if all the stores are the same I guess haha
@@bixel1024 it's all the same. The same tall clown at the front of the store. The ship. The shark tank the animatronics. The only different thing was the baby doll animatronic. I can't wait to see what next year's theme will be. How far do they plan in advance?
@@jordonhanlan I'm pretty sure they spend most of the year between seasons planning out themes and merchandise. I'm not sure on the exact time they take, but they put in a lot of work for sure!

They are not opening a store in Burington, NC like they have the last few years. The next closest one is in Durham or Greensboro. A lot longer drive. But after seeing clowns shoe horned into a nautical theme, and the same stuff as last year Ill go once cause my daughter wants to see but that's it. I;ve tried to defend Spirit for these last couple of years when I hear folks say they are getting worse as far as quality, pricing and such. After seeing this though I cant really do that anymore.

i love this store, been waiting all year to walk inside. their website is great also, plus the day after Halloween is great everything is at least 5% off.
I remember when I was a kid there was a party store in my town that always had a haunted house display. It was the best!
You can talk to a manager in the store there is a binder at every location to buy all the props and displays sign up get bigger discounts and %100 of the funds for the boats barrels ect go to The Spirit of Children at shriners hospital

I manage one and the step pads they send us are okay sometimes with kids jumping and people stepping the wear out faster

That 229 clown was very stiff, but I actually found it more frightening than some of the others. I like how it was aged. Had abandoned amusement park vibes. Not every clown needs sharp teeth to be unsettling! Nuance people nuance!

That Doll with the split face. Abandoned Annie is my favorite piece this year for sure. I think I am going to modify her to wander and use a piece of black felt to conceal the wires in her mouth better. Cause looking down on her you can see the wires and such. Over all great animatronic
