Gemmy master Inflatables I’m using an Apple iPhone, which has a built-in screen reader called VoiceOver. It basically tells me what’s written on the screen at any given time. It also allows me to type by moving one finger around on the screen and lifting it when VoiceOver reads a letter I need to use.

Home Depot is so underrated when it comes to Halloween decor. They blow Spirit and Party City away. Plus, their stuff lasts more than one season.

I agree expect for lasting one more than one season. I've had spirit animatronics work for five years straight, and not a single home depot halloween animatronic I've gotten has lasted longer than a year

This evening I was in the store in St. Charles, Missouri a suburb of St. Louis and I saw a man walking his dog in the store and the dog stopped in front of the canine skeleton and it barked at the skeleton. Amazing so realistic that the canine stopped and growled at it. Customers checking out the displays. Wow. Amazing selection.

I am in LOVE with the rocking chair witch! I’ve seen that before with different figures in the chair. My fav was an old old woman rocking a baby and humming a creepy lullaby. She moved the baby’s blanket after the song and you saw the baby was quite obviously dead and zombified! That rocking and creepy lullaby made it my favorite! I’ve never bought one though b/c they’re just so pricey.
I got that rocking chair witch last year almost as soon as I saw her. Love it!
Last Friday I went to a big lots a couple of towns away from where I live with my Aunt when we saw Scary Stories to tell in the dark and they had a lot of the same stuff.The coolest thing they had was a skeleton unicorn that had a rainbow swirl effect in it's ribcage.

I loled so hard at the reese's peanut butter cup under the chainsaw at 8:13. Gotta slay that smooth chocolate ! xD

I've seen the Nightmare Before Christmas version of these & it's kinda cool. The only downside is it seems like they didn't get the rights to the actual movie music recordings so they just have an orchestrated version of "This is Halloween" with no lyrics.
RogerClyne IsAGod I don't think the one I wanted has music. There was two sandworms. The one on the top shelf, and the projection one at the bottom with the tombstone in front of it.
I almost bought the worm from Alibaba (China) a month ago, before I knew stores would have them. They wanted $330+s&h. I noped out of that and was thrilled when HD posted theirs.

I just bought the Halloween snow globe with the witch hold by a skull hand and it looks so good on my desk. Amazing room accent, HD is the best for holidays !

Home Depot really hit it out of the park!! I remember that huge Halloween Dragon that had smoke coming out its mouth !! that was one bad ass lawn decoration!! I wish they had it again,but I guess they replaced it with the skeleton pirate ship !! =( =( we have 2 HD stores in our area ,I could check them out !! =(

Loving this walk-through of course! I can only pray to Cerberus that my local Michigan Home Depots are as stocked as well as yours seem to be. I do love the neon signs and other goodies and there seems to be a preponderance of pirate booty out there this year for your 2019 theme. I would suggest though, as a tall man, that you give the 5ft and 3ft standing props, well, more props, so to speak. Especially if your focus is on scaring the kiddos who might just get a little more freaked out with haunts their own stature..maybe do a haunt area one year with props only a certain height like a kiddie world at an amusement park...consider how things look from their perspectivre, big guy. This is precisely why the pirate ship inflate that you bought is going to be such a hit. Cannot wait to see your tableau in full regalia. I imagine your haunt is a bit of a local legend in your area and how lucky those visiting your place must feel every season! Now I'm off to HD for the first time and Big Lots for the umpteenth time waiting for more Hallow to be put out and the Summer stuff to go the way of all flesh!

Love that vintage camera! I've always loved the smaller props like that and think they really have a big impact! That door knocker is great as well. I have that exact LED canvas print that I got here in England last year, it was very popular over here! Love the giant pumpkin man! Lots of pirate stuff this year for you! x

We had a guy in our neighbourhood, that had that chainsaw, and he'd run around chasing the kids. It was fine for the older ones, they liked it, thought it was cool. But the little ones...were terrified. I had one little girl at my house, that was literally shaking and crying so hard, she was absolutely terrified. I felt so bad, so I tried to calm her down, and ended up giving her two massive handfuls of candy. Poor little thing.

Wow so many props! The pirate Ship is perfect for your Theme this year..to bad it is priced so high. LOL the other pirates are short. I love these video walk and show us what's in the store. Fun stuff . I have seen the chain saw prop in many videos..even the kids like it. I remember when I went to a scary Haunted House and I lost my group..lol they were still in the prior section..I found myself being chased by Leather Face and his Chain saw all alone..I could smell the gas a bit. LOL I was out before even my boyfriend just waiting on him. This was a fun house.I cannot wait for Halloween. Happy Haunting to you as well.
Also, you liked the crystal ball so I think you’d adore mine! It’s actually wrought in silver and the ball is a deep blue& purple color. It moves inside like the one you saw there at Home Depot. Mine is super heavy and has become one of my favorite decorations! I wish we could post pictures on here because I’d live for you to see it!! Halloween is my holiday! I spend months planning and making new items for my yard and inside my house!

I bought wall walking spider... Works great, doesn't fall off wall at all!!! Is a Lil loud but worth it
I remember wall RC cars. They were loud too! I’m sure that will hinder the scare factor a bit!
Maybe with Halloween music going and back ground noise won't be so noticeable. Also isn't loud when on ground so could also make it crawl up someone's leg lol
I having a pirate theme too , and I made my own pirate sinking ship . I used some scrap play wood . Then I painted lines to make it look like wood and painted with a red wood stain. It look pretty good and it was free. That ship is good but not paying that much money

Amazing the full collection they have. Each year their selections are getting better and better. I have always been impressed by their Christmas selections but Halloween they are the best.

The Dragons are still available online this year. Almost bought one but grabbed the 9 foot sandworm instead off website. None of my Home Depotshave put out Halloween yet so thank you for this.
They should put a display of what’s only available online...

I was in St. Louis area today and I saw that two of the stores I visited already had all of their Halloween decorations out and customers was already picking up the items. I love shopping for Halloween at THD, they have the best collections from year to year, plus their associates know the items they carry.

I do most of my shopping online believe it or not... haha
HD is getting in some great stuff ! We often just pickup scary "heads" or skulls and give them life size bodies using some sort of frame (e.g. PVC pipes) and rags/gauze for clothing. I also prefer to throw light effects onto them then to have them light up and making all that cheesy noise from tiny speakers. I find that for a cranky old dude like me...too many of them and all that noise clashes and becomes obnoxious after a few hours. Instead... for our humble haunt, I will play some awesome backdrop music with an occasional moan or howl over a high quality sound system with "subwolfers". LOL.
I usually prefer my own sound too. We use Sonos speakers to play different music tracks all around the haunt at the same time.
Cool stuff. I have 2 skeleton horses, a skeleton pony, the 12ft flickering ghost inflatable and more.
You need a stable!
