Great walkthrough! I like the way you do them. Even if you don't focus on every product, you make sure it can be seen, and you often show or say the prices. Home Depot, in my opinion, does Halloween better than any other store. Spirit is too much licensed movie tie-ins. I like gothic with a graveyard theme, and Home Depot has been the go-to store for a couple of years now. Thanks!
I love the Rotten Patch stuff. I will totally get some of those pumpkins . Nice to see that giant talking plant in person. Not many have gotten theirs yet. I've got my giant skelly & named him Mort. His head is inside so the electronics don't get fried in our heat but we're not putting him up until the end of Sept.
For the projector lights I have only had issues when I don't out them on a solid object like a garage door, the siding of the house, a wall. So if you do have some I'd definitely try them like that. If you're crafty you could probably even paint a slab of plywood and prop it up in your yard so the light has something to reflect on. The only problem is overtime it might kill your grass, don't know if that's a serious issue with you. But I should mention the issue is only for the specific design ones(like a pumpkin head or a witch). The ones that are just floods of color work wonders, and in fact I use them to light up my props in the yard. They work really well!

I got to excited and just purchased him without checking his size, so right now he doesn't have his wings on because the hit the ceiling LOL so those will be added on Halloween when he goes outside. I also ordered that man eating plant. He's on backorder, but they said I should get him by October 1st.

Oh my gosh I love the giant plant prop. I really loved Targets Ghoulish Garden decor. I've always loved the idea of a witches garden with toxic and evil plants. I'm that level of tacky that I'd keep it out year round to sit among my plants.

I have one of the Nightmare Before Christmas spinning lights that I got last year. It works really well in complete darkness but not so much for like a semi dark party setting. It’s best on a table away from you because the light is bright if it’s right in your face. I used it as a night light in my room and it’s awesome.🎃🖤

I really liked the looked of the headless horseman. But the talking head was terrible. I was hoping he was going to swing his ax or something. The Angel of death was really cool. So excited!!

I watched Home Depot's Halloween infomercial. Their lighting and fog is nice but it's good to see what they really look like, though the sound is definitely played with in the infomercial. The Jester is supposed to move a interchangeable mask towards his face. The bride really needs the right lighting as does most of these.

I only ask because I was trying to buy some of the different designs online but I couldn't find a listing for them except for the biggest one. I really hope the backordered stuff arrives soon, I'm waiting on a couple things and I need them before September 17th, that's when I have my Halloween weekend at my favorite campground and is pretty much the only time I can display most of my stuff(we live out in the country and are prone to weird weather so I can never put out my animatronics). If you haven't yet you should check out bath and body works, all of them should have their Halloween stuff out by now.

Amazing! Although it sucks that some of the props are broken on display, and people who don’t look online would think that the prop is underwhelming, like the clowns arm was support to move and put the mask over his face. But I’m really glad they had those durable tombstones! I can never find those big plastic tombstones! I’m so glad Home Depot has some 😁
Wow, so much halloween goodness going on here! My fav props are the spooky ones, love graveyards, reapers, ghosts etc....so therefore I am DYING over that ghost bride!! So so spooky and so effective in a graveyard....love her moaning as well, very scary and eerie. The winged reaper is great too, the wings moving really make it. The evil plant surely is original too, love it. I also love anything pumpkin-related....just a fab year all around! x

Mike, you win! Your video is the first I’ve seen for Home Depot’s Halloween in-store setup. The big seller will be the new 12’ Inferno Pumpkin Skeleton. I ordered mine on July 16th and it’s still showing on backorder. Also, grab that Man Eating Plant because there’s high demand for that one. I live in NJ and my local store hasn’t even received their Halloween product yet. Also, the new Headless Horseman looks like they took the blueprint from the CVS Headless Horseman. What do you think?
I agree about the Bride and the Headless Horseman pumpkin, and the painting on the face of the standing witch is awful.. all those props I think are from one company. I do like the Dark Angel and the decomposing skeleton and the rotten pumpkins with the flame effect. I missed buying those last year, glad to see them back. While I love the Home Depot Halloween stuff, they don't seem to be as spot on as they were last year.
I got the floating ghost bride. I like the theme of a ghost bride. It didn't look too scary in the store but it looks absolutely creepy on my dark porch. I dont even have it on, it is just lightly blowing in the wind but it is really freaking out people when they walk by. I think it catches people off guard because it is not right out on the lawn but kind of blended into the porch and when they notice it, it freaks them out.

The head moving mech is also in the instructions and I don’t think they would include the prototype in the instructions if it was that different. They probably just forgot to plug that Motor in.
Hi Mike! I miss you! AND Tum, of course! Thanks so much for the walk-through my friend. I purchased the "3 Faced Jester". I love him! But did you notice that Home Depot's display was broken? The jester is supposed to lift his mask up to his face and then bring it back down and lift it back up. He's supposed to do that several times. And you can use the other two masks that are hanging from his leg. Three interchangeable masks. I love that about him! And I DID buy the ghost bride. Yes, I know you don't like her too much. But if you came over to my house, she really *does* look creepy. She's in a dimly lit room with most of my other animatronics. And she moves very smoothly. A lot different than the one in Home Depot. And the fact that she grows very tall makes her pretty spooky. But, hey, you're you and I'm me. You like what *you* like and I like what *I* like! LOL I DO agree with you about the "Ferry of the Dead". There could have been a little more movement and more lighting. Like what you suggested with the lantern. great video. looks like they finally stopped making the 12" banjo and harmonica playing skeletons. The 12 ft. inferno pumpkin skeleton was sold out online a few weeks ago. So I could be wrong but you will never see it displayed this year unless HP did not offer for sale the display models. the 12 ft skeleton will be sold quickly as last year it was sold out in mid September. at least as far as the eastern part of the United States. The dark angel i already saw online at $699 and up. one for $799 has a shipping fee of $368 USD and that is only 6 or 6 states away from me. The shipping alone is way more than the price of the dark angel at HD. New year they better order more or hopefully no one will buy the 12 footers and they will be stuck with them at least on eBay. But hey if you want to spend $1100-2,000 USD for one be my guest.
When does Home Depot put out the Halloween decorations? The past few years I go there’s barely anything left. I got lucky this year and went last weekend k and picked up a skeleton with light up eyes and the 2 3’ tall hounds.

I pre ordered the Dark Angel & he arrived the first wk of Aug. I got him the first day he was mentioned & being at HD. I can't wait to set him up on Halloween night 👻🎃

Even our craft stores and home goods only have like a few endcaps idk what's going on. But I know lowes is setting Halloween Monday. Some stores have already started

great video. looks like they finally stopped making the 12" banjo and harmonica playing skeletons. The 12 ft. inferno pumpkin skeleton was sold out online a few weeks ago. So I could be wrong but you will never see it displayed this year unless HP did not offer for sale the display models. the 12 ft skeleton will be sold quickly as last year it was sold out in mid September. at least as far as the eastern part of the United States. The dark angel i already saw online at $699 and up. one for $799 has a shipping fee of $368 USD and that is only 6 or 6 states away from me. The shipping alone is way more than the price of the dark angel at HD.
New year they better order more or hopefully no one will buy the 12 footers and they will be stuck with them at least on eBay. But hey if you want to spend $1100-2,000 USD for one be my guest.

When does Home Depot put out the Halloween decorations? The past few years I go there’s barely anything left. I got lucky this year and went last weekend k and picked up a skeleton with light up eyes and the 2 3’ tall hounds.
It was on display a few days before I did my video. I had been travelling, so I missed it.
