My first experience out west was in Snowbird. It was special. Since then I've traveled to 30 other mountains throughout America, Canada and Japan. I can't wait to get back to the bird.

I've been a skier for 8 years and told that Utah is the best place. Even locals that have gone to Switzerland and Austria to ski said it was no better that what they got at home. And Salt Lake City literally has a good 8-10 places to choose from.

Europe has better scenery and more charming villages but that is it. Their snow SUCKS. The best lift-accessed terrain resort in Europe, Verbier, averages 110" of snow a year. That is a FIFTH of Snowbird.

@@axewolfe1759 I don't criticize every European resort, they just don't get much snow. Their vert is overrated too. Even at the resorts who have a legit 6k vert you are still usually skiing 1k lines. Like Whistler has a legit 5k vert but the first 4k is just intermediate runs cut through trees.

Fantastic Video guys! I hail from Alberta but unfortunately I've never made it down to Utah to Ski, always wanted to. Snowbirds at the top of my Utah list now, thank you kindly!

Every mountain is good on snowy days and every mountain sucks when there is no fresh snow for weeks.

Better snow in Snowbird. Just as much snow. As much vertical as Mammoth more than tahoe

You can absolutely snowboard at the bird, Alta is next door and that doesn't allow snowboarding
