  • Trying out the new paddletail by Storm. The 360GT Shad. I've thrown the original Storm 360GT in the past with great success, will the new Shad body be just as good??

Great lure. Caught my pb walleye on that same exact lure on lake Geneva in WI this summer. Caught quite a few largies on it as well.

Hey man I just got my first pack of these and I already lost the damn hook to it and have 2 plastics left. Do you know if a Walmart would have separate hooks for them?
    -nice vid btw!!!

Thanks, man! That is the unfortunate thing about these baits, if you lose the jig head. I looked on Amazon, and it looks like you could get the jig heads on there. It looks like Walmart just has the packs with the bodies. I usually stock up and grab a few packs while I’m there, that way I have plenty of tails and a few jig heads. Can never have too many!

@@ToddReuterOutdoors okay awesome I may have to order some thanks man!! I actually went to my Walmart and looked for the closest thing, to it was Berkeley headed hooks which give the bait the same action just not the vibration inside the hook. I got bites on it!

@@tylercraig6627 hey, right on! A big part of being successful on the water is improvising, and making do with what you have. Sometimes things don’t always go your way, and you just have to make things work! Glad you got bites on it, that’s awesome!

@@ToddReuterOutdoors 100% I always thought it was super technical and everything had to be perfect bait wise but starting to learn that’s not the case haha they’ll eat anything that looks good to em haha!! Appreciate you replying tho!! One more question lol do u still use this bait regularly after 2 years?!?

@@tylercraig6627 absolutely, my friend! I’m trying to grow my subscribers, and I’m happy to engage with those who watch my videos. To answer your question, yes. I am a paddle tail swimbait fanatic. I am trying just about every paddle tail under the sun, and this one always finds its way back into the rotation. For an open water swimbait, it’s hard to beat the action on the Storm 360GT. It just gets bit, period. The Shad belly on this bait creates a really unmatched roll, and fish can’t stand it. You bring up a good point, I will revisit this bait and make a follow up video.
