just came back from Japan and there were many things that we learned from experience. The limousine airport bus is highly recommended for sure: they drop you off at the your desired terminal, log your luggages, the toilet inside the bus and individual air conditioning. We paid 3600 yen from Haneda to Narita.

Can it drop me at the Shiba park hotel

Unfortunately free shuttle bus runs direct between two shopping malls. Airport Limousine (bus) used to stop at Shiba park hotel but not now. Take monorail and get off at Hamamatsucho station. It is 8 minute walk to the hotel.

Free shuttle bus, but it's every TWO hours! I imagine those who arrive Tokyo would want to get to the city asap. Maybe it's just me.

I wish you pronounced Ariake as Aria-kay instead of Aria-ki.

Oh, “Aria-kay” is the good way to describe the proper Japanese pronunciation. Thank you for your comment!

Useless for travelers who aren’t staying near Ariake.

Yes, this bus is for the people who are planning to visit Ariake or Toyosu.

I thought pronouncing Japanese word English way will help to understand for English speakers. But I realized people who can understand Japanese feel differently. Thank you for your comment.

Please respect Japanese culture and not taking advantage of the service which is not designed for air travelers

On the shopping mall’s homepage, they clearly say “The Garden Shuttle is available to everyone”. I did not mention on the video but they provide free 1GB eSIM and 5% off only for foreign visitors to Japan.
