The Blueprint For Building An 8 Figure Business On Social Media With Luxe Collective’s Ben Gallagher

  • Ben Gallagher has built a multi-million-pound fashion business at the age of 23. You might not have heard of his name, but if you’re on TikTok, I can guarantee you’ll have seen his encyclopaedic videos on the fashion industry.
Growing up in Formby near Liverpool, Ben recounts how he always wanted to keep up with his friends who had the latest designer pieces, but he couldn’t afford them. After seeing the discounts on pre-loved items, he and his brother Joe started a consignment shop in Liverpool.
Now, just 5 years later, Luxe Collective turns over millions each year and has just received investment from Steven Bartlett after they came out on top on Dragon’s Den. Last year they gained over 950k followers on Luxe Collective's social platforms, and I'm so grateful to Ben for sharing the secrets of their strategy.
I really hope you enjoy watching!

One hour of a podcast that I didn’t take away anything I can do. Some constructive criticism here would be to research your guests a bit more and ask more pointed questions, so that your viewers have a goldmine of actionable things they can do after the interview is over.

Get your numbers clean with clarity ! Everything is about numbers. Search for an investment finance template online. Direct your numbers into that sheet.
Go for a loan first before big funding. A loan helps you to see if you really can do it. Investors are not your friend, they are their to get the money. Get talking. Start a blog or RUclips channel about your journey. Let investors come to you, try not to seek them. Go to start up events. Never call the investors, never email them. Just ensure they know your name and your ROI business idea. It's easy to get money. xx

Great insights on leveraging social platforms for business growth. For entrepreneurs looking to replicate Ben's success, remember the power of micro-influencers. Partnering with them can often yield a higher ROI than big names due to their engaged niche audiences. Keep it authentic and results will follow.

There are so many examples of black women doing wonderful things in business and in life. We live in the digital age where a quick search would provide you with a significant list on this. Not only that, but so many gems were dropped in this video that are applicable and that I know as a black woman I can apply to my life. Think bigger. Look at what you do have rather than all the things that you don't; that's the bigger issue.
