Hello, after doing the plank exercise, I feel discomfort and tight at the CT junction region. Do you know why that is?
你好 我係Rachel如果CT Junction 感到不適有可能係手部支撐的時候沒有作胸椎升高,即係會見到肩胛骨內收作支點可以嘗試一下 曲膝降低身體壓力 作肩胛骨外展和內收的活動 當能夠做到外展的時候再作平板支撐☺️

你好 我係Rachel😊如果有胃腩呢個問題,通常可以先嘗試少食多餐,盡量每一餐唔好食得太飽令胃部消化壓力降低,以及減少飲凍飲,降低腸臟刺激
