Great video! The Carrier 13 (24ABB3) was installed at my house last year. Even though it does cool the house consistently, the 74db noise level from the compressor is an issue. The AC was installed outside where our master bedroom is. I'm surprised the company who installed did not warn us of that. Do they make anything for this model unit to quiet down the noise level? It's a bit frustrating after spending 5k and having this issue. Thanks!
Many things can cause noise from a unit besides it normal operation. I would start with having them look for vibrations, etc. 74db from compressor only seems high. I would have them check for correct operation.
