Thank you Jen for such a heartfelt comment and for your openness in sharing your own struggles. Music is getting a lot of us through tough times, and Lovebites most of all. They make me feel that anything is possible. Also, thank you for the words of support for Miho. A few idiots have gone off on her, out of their own pure selfishness, so she needs to know we love and support her. Her departure seems to have been prompted by some pretty heavy personal issues, so she doesn't need trolls in her life now or ever. As for the band: It's amazing how humble these women are. They always give credit to their influences like Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Judas Priest, Helloween, Slayer etc., but honestly, they are surpassing all those bands. Their songwriting is better, and in sheer virtuosity they are breaking into uncharted territory. It's like all the great old bands were gangs fighting it out with six-shooters, and this new gang showed up in dresses, packing phasers. We can only hope they keep it going somehow.

They are improving their concerts, it is good to see pyrotechnics. Musically they are perfect. Let's hope to see the full concert with songs never recorded live ... Frozen Serenade for example.
Great reaction. Wow, Miho hit me harder then Marco. But hoping you do Epilogue, this is an incredible heart wrenching masterpiece. Tissues recommended. The lyrics you may really love. Very powerful song. It has me in tears Every time. It hits me harder then Poet and the Pendulum. Asamis beautiful vocals, lyrics, and guitars that cry. But listening to their songs and watching the concert videos and "Awake Again" studio-live where they each dress uniquely (not in white) and got to watch her (them all) more closely, I grew to admire Midori's guitar play for her fluid style of cascades of notes that strike me more of a 'voice' speaking emphatically, not using the familiar 'phrasings' (I am a guitarist also) but 'taking me places' musically that inspire in unusual ways. Then there is her stunning beauty and powerfully joyous presentation... Then, after finding Midori to be a 'magnetic' fascination, I discovered that her name means "green"!! Words don't really say it, do they? My world has lots of green, from the videos I make each day of the natural surroundings to towels, bedding, dishes, and I have worn nothing but green shirts (long & short sleeve, same color) since 2013! From what I've read Miho is still having trouble dealing with the loss of her father. If you watch their song 'Journey To The Other Side' You will see her pain. She wrote the lyrics, and she co wrote the music with Miyako. The show was only a few months after her fathers passing.. There's a part with her and Asami together that will tear your heart out. It is a difficult decision for bands with Covid. Do we as in this case, have gapped seating no cheering or mosh and circle pits but perform live or do we make a live stream? It must be difficult for the band as the audience response has to be muted so the band does not get the energy feedback. Great to see a woman fan girl over Midori. I think you are more in love with the Lovebites lady's than the BlackPink lady's. 😀

I'm a person who doesn't really care about bassists when it comes to heavy metal. But Miho is an exception, Apart from being beautiful and good-looking, she has charm and charisma on stage. But there is still hope, because there are Asami and Miyako who wrote and composed most of Lovebites' songs. Oh God, I wish Miho changes her mind and come back to Lovebites. 😢😢

Many people thinks the reason behind Miho's departure was her inner struggles due to her father passing, if its true then hopefully she can find a way to cope with it and continue her life happily
As for the Lovebites, i also hope they would continue because their talents are amazing that it would be a waste if they don't continue putting up albums and plays heavy metal

From what I've read Miho is still having trouble dealing with the loss of her father. If you watch their song 'Journey To The Other Side' You will see her pain. She wrote the lyrics, and she co wrote the music with Miyako. The show was only a few months after her fathers passing.. There's a part with her and Asami together that will tear your heart out. DOES SHE REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW MANY HEART WERE BROKEN THAT DAY.GOD LOOK AFTER HER, and keep her safe.IM ONE OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN THERE AND CAME BACK. It is a difficult decision for bands with Covid. Do we as in this case, have gapped seating no cheering or mosh and circle pits but perform live or do we make a live stream? It must be difficult for the band as the audience response has to be muted so the band does not get the energy feedback.
