In my humble opinion, Lovebites have become the gold standard in metal music nowadays. And now with Fami and her insane talents on the bass onboard, they are taking their talents as a band to the next level. I cannot wait until the album comes out. I have a feeling we are going to be punched in the throat very hard and loving every minute of it!!!
Glad you got to this. Beyond amazing. Fami's technical style adds a new layer to the Lovebites sound. Miho was an old school 80's thrash metal style bassist who finger picked really fast and kept in step with Haruna's drumming. Fami not only does that, but she kind of moves over to Miyako and Midori as a 3rd lead, especially during the solo. Her bass lines are insane. Asami's vocals are he best I've heard from her. What a way to come off of hiatus.

Can’t believe I’m this early lol. So happy you’re getting to see/hear this masterpiece. Miho, the bassist, who was one of the founders of Lovebites along with Haruna, left the band so they put it out for any bassist female or male to audition. Quite a few of those auditions were posted on RUclips. Fami has a massive following, and has quite a unique style of playing. She’s quite young too, only 20 I believe. I think she’s an awesome fit for Lovebites. I was thinking how cool would be for them to start a concert with this wearing those capes and hoods!

The thing that amazes me, is Fami Only 20 years old. For some people, maybe "20 years is old", wtf? I can only imagine the amount of work, effort and passion to become a bass player than can play in this band. Just think that the rest of the band is more on the 30 "something". She is at least 10 years young and she is playing like a beast. Yes, of course she is talented, but talent without a lot of hard work, is nothing She starts her RUclips channel with about 16 years only. No one become a great musician without a lot of hard work The kind of work like "can i stop to practice?... well, are your fingers bleeding?... no, not yet... well, you can practice a few hours more" I´m happy just to think in the kind of bassist she can become in another 10 years.

one thing I like about Japanese metal girl, they don’t need to dress like bike gang or someone from Mad Max to be intimidating or actually imitate the male image in someway . feminine appeal and brutal metal coexist no problem.
