    I listen to a lot of these through the oyez podcast and when I heard this, I was confused who was talking then the excited, then really interested because it's such a good question

      Ben Zahorec Some say its because he is still bitter over the whole Anita Hill drama surrounding his nomination in the early 90's. I prefer his reason for not asking questions: attorney's only have a short amount of time to argue their side.
