SUPER helpful and insightful, just enhanced the L in LAND for me, and confirmed the transferrable skills I believe I have; with a software development background in a support role. Cheers everyone, great questions and good luck to all currently job hunting!
Last question. From your experience, what vertical is the safest vertical to get into to be a CSM? I am interested in maybe logistics. I thought that would be a good one. You have private sector government county state etc. Thank you!!
What area in Customer Success would you recommend someone just looking for work in this? I am trying to leave the classroom and the typical route is to go towards Ed Tech but I believe it is saturated right now as far as "breaking into it." Is there another area for entry? What route within this niche did you enter?
This was really good and so helpful. Thank you
