Last question. From your experience, what vertical is the safest vertical to get into to be a CSM? I am interested in maybe logistics. I thought that would be a good one. You have private sector government county state etc. Thank you!!

Great video! I was wondering, what is the difference between a CSM and Partner Success manager? Is it the same role just different a name?
What area in Customer Success would you recommend someone just looking for work in this? I am trying to leave the classroom and the typical route is to go towards Ed Tech but I believe it is saturated right now as far as "breaking into it." Is there another area for entry? What route within this niche did you enter?
