Hi Ryan, Got this exact bike this year after riding a couple of years on a 2019 Road Glide Special and then a 2021 Road King Special. Drove my Breakout from Montreal to Milwaukee for the 120th. Can't begin to tell you how much I love driving it. Did btw 250 to 300 miles per day, no problem at all. I'm 5'11, feels like it was prefectyl adjusted for me. Thanks for the review and the great shots of the shows!
I have a 23 breakout and I find mines nimble asf. It’s just a little sluggish at slow speeds. Also, it’s super comfortable and I’ve cruised pretty far on mine without any issues. I’m 6’2” and it fits me like a glove.
I live in MKE and was hoping to meet up with you and Lurch during the 120th, but didn't happen. Your assessment of the road conditions are spot on. They suck. Your drone footage of downtown looked rad. Love the aerial perspective of a big city.
As a WI rider I'm ashamed to say it's not just the roads in Milwaukee that suck here. You would think the state that is the Home to Harley would do a better job of taking care of their roads to bring in that tourism a little more but honestly over the last 8 years or so all the roads in the state have gone down hill drastically. As for the Breakout. I fell in love with that bike when it first came out, and was honestly what brought me to looking at Harleys when I was ready to jump to a bigger bike. But I fell in love with long distance riding and found myself on the street glide. '16 amber whiskey glide I bought last year, to be specific. But I'm glad the Breakout is back and with a bigger tank. I've always loved that chopper/prostreet look, and feel and reminds me of the time spent with my uncle that got me into riding nearly 20 years ago on his Custom wide tire chopper. When the Street Glide is paid off I'd really like to look for one of these.
The Breakout is an amazing bike when set-up with taller (I went OEM) bars, definitely a set of pipes and tuner, along with Legend rear air shock. Have a 19’ 114 Special set-up this way. Keep bringing the great reviews Pat
I just got a 2024 breakout and I don’t understand why people say this bike is just to ride on town and not for long ride I just did my second ride for breaking the engine and is little bit over the 1000 mile now im planning to ride it from MA to FL
Thank-you for the seat of the pants review! I would buy that bike in a heartbeat if I had the money (I don't), extra garage space to store it (I don't), and an understanding wife who recognizes the need for multiple motorcycles (she don't). Love the color 'cause it's not black, and I am absolutely sold from your comments that it "feels" like a Harley with the feedback/vibration. Both the Road Glide and Street Glide I test road last month were way too Honda Goldwing-ish being far too quiet and smooth, almost electric like..... 😐
I was at a local drag track this weekend they have as of this year started a bike class in a field of what I guessed you'd be about twenty bikes there was only one American V-Twin represented I'd like to find one just to race even at its Street stock level just to represent

Awesome!! Sorry we missed you bro

Thanks for the comments!!
"I definitely feel at least 5 years younger"--This is the Magic of a Motorcycle, specially a good HarleyDavidson.
Good stuff, great post. The Breakout looks like a perfect ride to Lake Tahoe and back.
Thx much
Love the breakout love that colour too👍

Thanks much for the input and comments!!
I love your comments on the breakout, what do you recommend for slip ons mufflers for 2024 breakout.
Thank you
Hey Ryan! Love the channel! How do you compare the vibrations on this bike to a Low Rider ST being the same engine and frame?
The Low Rider ST had less vibrations than the Breakout.
Does that Baja Orange have metal flake look in it?
Good review, I don't know how you ride without gloves though?

That small LCD display speedometer gives an excuse for speeding. Too hard to see.
Black dude had the CIB on his cut .. why for ? The CIB in blue /silver is a military dress uniform badge. It doesn’t belong on a damn cut. 🙄🙄🙄
