If you imagine her apartment without the windows, it's very claustrophobic and limited. Furniture is almost right by the walls, etc. I agree that it's decorated beautifully, and having a Washer/Dryer, full bathroom, and full kitchen in a studio apartment in NYC is an anomaly, and probably very expensive, but the windows make the space open and luxurious . This is a high-rent apartment. Not your average $$$.
it isn't. It's probably around $2500-$3900 per month
@@tia6437 explain how this isnt expensive 😭😭
@@tia6437 that’s extremely expensive for something that’s considered a studio. This isn’t luxury, it’s tiny. You could get a 4 bedroom house for the same price outside of the city. I guess it’s nice if you like living in the city, but this is more like a hotel room suite than a real apartment to me.
@@Group836 and how much do you think it cost ?
@@bella-ki7hj How much do I think what costs? The apartment? Please read the thread and the comment I was responding to for context of this conversation.
AND you have a BIG KITCHEN on top of all the other fabulous features! Blessings to you 🙏❤️😎
Yoooo your fits soOOo cozy.
I love the layout of this apartment, the windows...heck I love everything about it.
That’s a map of Manhattan, not New York City.
I was about to say lol, forgot a few boroughs there!
Nyc is Manhattan. But NY is all the boroughs.
@@ericamckenzie386 NYC is composed of 5 boroughs. Info can be found on the NYC official guide. Manhttan is only a part of nyc, not all.
@@lilyyang6252 when people say NYC (or the city) they mean Manhattan; Brooklyn and Queens are considered suburbs
@@callmeosho7792 when people say NYC, a lot will assume it's manhattan which is incorrect. It's also ignorant to assume when someone says they're from NY, they're automatically from the city. NY state is a lot bigger than that.
Every NYC Apt Tour has a washer and dryer yet every video says it's super rare lol.
It actually is pretty rare in NYC lol. I’m born n raised and it’s hard to come by. They’re either in newer developments, renovated places, or high end buildings. She’s in a high end building (I wonder what the heck she does for a living).
I literally have been watching you put together every bit and bob since you moved in. So sweet. :). xoxo
beautiful apartment, how much is rent if you don’t mind me asking😊
Am guessing a small fortune. Very well appointed.
@C Mulvenna Yeah. I am sure it is pricey --even with Covid rent drops --and who knows if she got the Covid rent price. She said she moved in March.
@C Mulvenna yeah, people who run Hedgefunds live usually in tiny studio apts. Makes sense
@C Mulvenna WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA?
