IHi Chris, I saw your apt and got misty-eyed, 'cause I miss my hometown so much. I had co-workers who lived in Tudor City, uptown, downtown, and the Boroughs. Covid forced decisions that many of us wouldn't have otherwise made. I'm out west now. But over and above all that, I simply love everything about your apartment, especially it's brightness and well thought out furniture selections. Be happy! This is a rerun, but I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Christopher does a very welcoming presentation and has a warm smile. His parents must be very proud of him!

The handpainted foyer mural is stunning. The floorplan layout and furniture is perfect except for the narrow dining bench seats. I can't imagine that it would be comfortable for a full rounded bottom. I really appreciate the personal stories behind the furniture and decor.
I can’t remember enjoying a design presentation as much as this one. While we live & rent in Washington State, my husband comes from an NYC family. I loved visiting his 103 year old mom in her 30s West 70th St. high rise co-op & dreamed of having a beautiful personal space there. Boy, was this it! In addition to the wonderful ideas & use of space, the very personal choices made it. Thanks so much for this. If I ever move to BYC, you’re my guy! Tes
Love this tour. The design didn't particularly register at first, but as the tour went along, I really began to appreciate all the thinking that went into the design and the general air of calm that the homeowner/designer created. Oh, and that mural is fantastic - great job!
I'm sorry Mr. Christopher, but I couldn't focus on your lovely abode because, CONNOR. That East River view is gorgeous, and Christopher has such a lovely, pleasant demeanor.
