📝RECIPIES
ONE PAN BAKED OATMEAL
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 large banana, mashed
• 2 cups milk
(or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
(blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
into thin wedges
• 3 tbsp almond butter
• 3/4 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
• 1/2 tsp salt
FISH MARINADE
• 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
(or 1 tsp ground garlic)
• 1 tsp ground ginger
(or fresh grated ginger)
• Salt and smoked paprika to taste

Natasha it is a pleasure to watch you doing things around your house. I am being inspired to get better organized and do everyday tasks with care. I came to the same conclusion about things that are important in life.
It's how you think and live when nobody's watching.
Life is about love, relationships. Honoring and loving God and people.
But I have still long way to go to bring lasting changes to my life. I am glad to see you caring for your home, family and yourself. You wouldn't say that you do all of this and still working from home. It's not easy. I am happy for you.
I am older than you but I haven't learn what you did in your 39 years.
