Después de estar cocinándose todo junto, en un vasito pon agua fría y añade una cucharada de harina, lo disuelves, y a chorritos pequeños según va hirviendo la carne y vas removiendo, para que la salsa ligue, no espesa, no liquida, ligada. y está...
