In our club we have strip vs strip battle - two teams against each other. And it's a whole different ball game, since even not so experienced fencers can take out an experienced fencer due to large number. So it's definitely very unpredictable.
@@bigbearfencing We have it like a team deathmatch/elimination. Each fencer must have at least one foot inside their team's strip. (fighting perpendicular against adjacent strip). When someone gets hit - they leave the battle and step aside. Battle just keeps going until one of the teams runs out of players! Last time we had this, I haven't noticed how quickly our team lost 8 players, and I was the only one left from our team to face 7 opponents jabbing hits at me! hahaha! Second match - the opposite had happened.
@@digimaks I like that, ive had trouble with kids staying to far away in these types of games but I think your rules solve that. Ill give it a shot soon.

How do you adjust the rules for the greater numbers? Usually for us we do 3 stock, and if someone gets hit everyone resets.
