Hey Marc, I have been looking at all different woodworking channels and found yours recently and I believe you have the best channel out there. I have subscribed and started from the beginning watching all of the videos and I’m up to the cross cut sled from 2011, fantastic. I have been reading the comments as well and I have to tell you that you are very patient. I can’t believe how many idiots, complainers, and “experts” you had to deal with while providing them with expert advice for free. I hope it’s gotten better. Thanks for sharing.
Your detailed, to the point, chilled explanation of your process really makes this daunting looking project ( looked difficult to me anyway lol ) much more feasible to me and gives me a lot of confidence in trying stuff like this.
Nice. Unique with the ring and I love the fact that you used one species for the legs and a different wood species for the rails...a nice look. Ring is a very nice touch as well.
Now that is a very nice pair of tables. Great wood choice. Excellent finish, subtle. Love the details. Only drawback is personal. I don't care for nested tables, so I would make two alike. Thank you for sharing.
Cutting the dados in the circles had me so confused. I had to rewatched that part to figure out how it was being cut. Maybe it's just because I'm watching this at 5am and my brain is still mush...
I know this is a little bit off topic but when you were using your holla Chisel mortiser I noticed the Chisel was sideways exposed grill sideways is that a good way to do it or does it really not matter which way the Chisel is in .Plus the tables fantastic you are a real craftsman and I really enjoy watching your show
Rolly 545 I wouldn’t recommend mineral oil on furniture. It never really cures. Boiled linseed oil would be a decent inexpensive option if oil and wax is what you’re after.

They're absolutely beautiful. Stunnng job. Well done. So jealous.
I absolutely love those tables. Great job on the build, Marc, and kudos to the two guys who contributed to the design.
Great idea on cutting the dados in the circles. I had not though of using plywood base. These tables turned out beautiful.

You are the master of combination of lines, face and curve and 2 stuffs.
I like the asymmetry between the small and the large table. Sometimes we try too hard to give everything the same design.

Awesome work Marc, they turned out great! 😃👍🏻👊🏻

Thank you, i needed that distraction.

Magnific!
What hand plane was that at 2:47?
SUPER
I really like these👍👍👍👍
Great, as always.
Michal Kužel thank you. Sir!
Nice work. #STAYSAFE
They look awesome, Marc! Just like that haircut... how in the heck did you get a haircut?!?!
Cut it myself, yo!
Would a mix of beeswax and mineral oil (cutting board finish) work for these tables? Making personal projects but not trying to break the bank.
Rolly 545 I wouldn’t recommend mineral oil on furniture. It never really cures. Boiled linseed oil would be a decent inexpensive option if oil and wax is what you’re after.
What brand of flush trim bit did you use on the ring? Beautiful work
Jesse Drake I believe that was one of the whiteside ones
@@woodwhisperer appreciate it! Makes a very clean cut
Are you using a hollow chisel mortiser or a bit on your drill press?
Sean Bell it’s a mortiser
@@woodwhisperer Thank you.
nice work!
6:37 hard wax + oil . you buy it or it's DIY ? maybe 20% beewax + 80% linseed oil?
FIGUEIRINHA novos e usados I believe that Marc used Rubio Monaco brand of finish.
osmo is another brand he has used
he has another video where he talks more in depth about it
FIGUEIRINHA novos e usados this was Rubio
❤❤❤
Tasty.
Episode 96: Return of the Apron
We’re not worthy!
Tables were great....a full video without an inappropriate innuendo though? I’m not mad, just disappointed
Beautiful work!
Very nice
