I agree with the person below, the sargassum is a problem esp when your paying this kind of money for a condo. I think of renting the place... with the seagrass and long walk to the beach and I am uncertain.....
the sargassum comes and goes depending on the season. If you look at the beaches in the Riviera Maya right now they are clear. This is also an ultra luxury residence for people looking for a specific lifestyle. If you're wanting something closer to the beach we'd be happy to help you find the perfect property.
There are a small number of condos for sale in Playa del Carmen & Tulum for around $100,000 USD. Here is an option for a studio condo for $92,913 USD and if you search our site you can find more options www.rivieramayarealestategroup.com/properties/playa-del-carmen-real-estate/buon-giorno-studio-condo/
Very long walk and through bush to get to a beach brimming with Sargassum. I was there 2x this year and some beaches had 12 foot high piles of it. The workers tried keeping up with it, but it's a losing battle. Unless you have a solution to the ongoing destruction of the Amazon rain forest, it'll keep coming.
