Neurotypicals in the workplace

I know it can seem really risky to be hiring a neurotypical in the workplace.
🤦‍♀️ they can’t focus for 17hrs straight on interesting projects
🤦‍♀️ they need constant breaks to eat and drink water
🤦‍♀️ they have very in the box thinking
But here’s the thing! They have other skills they bring to the table, that when mixed with normal folks, can actually be a great diversity hire!
Some of those skills include:
😉They can actually work really consistently, at a moderate pace, for a long time!
😉 they can get right back to work super easily if distracted
😉 if provided with enough coffee they will work an entire day straight, even if it’s boring!
Give a neurotypical a go at your workplace today 👍
