Understanding and Protecting Wood Turtles

The Wood Turtle is a Species of Greatest Conservation Need in Pennsylvania. Biologists with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission regularly survey and assess Wood Turtle populations across the Commonwealth to gain a better understand of their status and distribution.
