a little scared of posting this one, but i hope that it can be a bit of encouragement to those fighting their own silent battles! you are stronger than you know 🤍
I wanted to cry watching you in the hospital - I can't imagine how overwhelming that first week must have been for you. So incredible to see your friends and family rally around you, and awesome that you were able to make them proud by pushing through even when it was tough. I'm moving to Bangkok next week, so also very grateful for all the foodie spots you showed!
ahh getting emotional reading this 😭 your kind words honestly made sharing these vulnerable moments worth it 🤍🤍 so so grateful for our little community 🥺 & welcome to bangkok!!
im currently at day 15 post op! it was soooo soo difficult since it was my first surgery and first time getting hospitalized and the pain for the first week was horrifying that i had to get hospitalised again, luckily as of now i am recovering so much better and walking without a walker as well! to anyone whose getting their surgery or still recovering as well, remember mental health is just as important and do stay positive and strong❤❤
So happy that the surgery was successful🎉 in the past I completely ruled out the idea of getting surgery for my scoliosis due to fear but now am going to seriously think about it and visit a doctor. You’re so strong n awesome, all the best to u❤❤❤
This is like the nicest hospital I've ever seen. You even get netflix? What is this sorcery? When I had mine done the most exciting thing I would get is jello and popsicles.
I'm currently fighting wiith a L5S1 disc herniation. Your video really gives me hope in getting better and healing. A fusion surgery from T3 to L3 is definitely a tough and long journey for you, but I am glad that you made it through. Keep up with your vlogs as I look forward to see more of it in the future. Wish the best to you!
@@pslifeco Thank you for your warm message! I’m also in my 20s and it is definitely a struggle to experience pain from disc herniation at such a young age. I guess we aren’t the lucky ones, but we can still make our lives better. As long as there’s hope, I believe we all have a bright future.
9 months post op from my surgery (which unfortunately was unsuccessful). I’m glad to hear yours went well though, it’s so tough, but should be worth it ❤❤
@@missmaiadelsometimes I feel little stiffness, and a mild pain in lower back, which my doctor was told, due to fusing L5... before correction I have 2 major curves, now they have reduced to 22(lumber )and 26( thoratic)....

how much was your curve ? im planing to get a spinal fusion soon because of the pain i have right now ,is it better now? do you feel like it was a right decision? anyone please respond if you have done spinal fusion surgery
@@pslifeco I am curious, did you have moderate-severe height loss and bulges or protrusions in the thoracic? Thanks for the video. It's rare to see what it's like from the patient's angle.
