    Thank you for sincerely willing to help. Because of your videos I overcame my porn addiction 1 year ago and my life elevated on a new level. I have so much clarity, ambition and self respect for myself. I regret wasting my time and creative energy on meaningless masturbation.
    Hopefully, you’ll make more videos on other topics like: raising vibration and manifesting, best books and practices that helped you build yourself back up and go through 2024. I’m really grateful for your contribution to the society and hope that your life will be blessed for the next decade and further!

    Happy things worked out really well for you. I lost my girlfriend to a brain injury 14 months ago. She has been in a coma since then and has next to no chance to improve, let alone any meaningful recovery and chance at a somewhat worthwhile life. I relate to 2024 being the absolute worst year, this was hell. God bless.

    I think I'm following you form 8 years ago. Was the time i was struggling with PMO addiction (still is unfortunately!). I learned so much from your content. I was coming back to the channel for new videos But I didn't find any. So I thought that you were doing so much, and you were so busy with accomplishing big things that you didn't have time for new videos. I didn't know that happened to you so sorry to hear that and so glad that you got yourself out of that brain injury. You're such a strong character that you can almost accomplish anything. It is good to see you again, hearing from you again. And look forward to seeing you more often. Thank you man 🙏🏻

    Wow Seth appreciate the honesty and update. Back in around 2018/19 I first discovered your channel, which was amongst other channels v helpful at a difficult time for me mentally. After that I travelled around South America, then covid happened and I don't think until last year I looked at your channel again, saw a lot less videos and wondered what had happened and hoped you were alright. I thought I had a v difficult year last year but your experience really puts things in perspective. I seriously injured my neck and shoulder in Feb 24 exercising and had to do physio for months, working with a PT now back in the gym finally. These days I've figured out what I want to do with my life and I'm training to be a psychotherapist - which is very taxing with full time work; the workshopping is very challenging emotionally, and I've had to accept living in a much cheaper place to pay for the course. That said - I'm following my bliss, and have found it so rewarding that after working with a client for some time to hear them turning a corner mentally. I really think I can help people, I've volunteered with homelessness charities too, and read way more than I ever did back then. Much of these experiences and progress I owe to channels like yours - putting out positivity and challenging porn addiction. You're just so down to earth and real Seth and I wish you all the best. The brain injury sounds scary - a friend of mine from school had one and had similar challenges. Thank you for everything, I'm so glad you're doing better and getting active in the world, whilst also striving for balance. RUclips is better off with out you. All the best from London, UK.

    Tips to heal based on personal. experience: (TBI June 2024)
    1) Prioritize Sleep AND Cardio Workouts Daily
    2) Avoid jarring activities (in my case discontinuing riding a bumpy city bus down pothole ridden street in LA)
    3) Avoid other things that injure brain (in my case dental X-rays - I even had a prophetic dream a few days before visiting dentist that dental Xray is like a mini TBI- (I didn't understand what the dream meant until after seeing my dentists after that dreamwho then conducted a full set of X-rays, sending my symptoms back). Also I think there is some truth n the saying "Knock some sense in to someone" Since my TBI my personality change - I dont have time for people who waste my time and I also dropped two people I was kidding myself were friends of mine. Likewise, search and if you Trust in the Lord, you will understand the good He had planned for you.

    Hey man, just want to say glad that you're okay and thanks for putting this story out there. I'm asking this as a somewhat beginner snowboarder... how exactly did your injury happen?
    I'm aware you lost 7 days worth of memories but did anyone witness it? Describing this might help others be more cautious snowboarding because the sport can get messy, quick!

    • @sthalxndr
      @sthalxndr  13 дней назад

      I don’t think it was anything about my riding, but I was on a different type of board that I wasn’t used to. Also my goggles are very shaded, so it’s almost impossible to make out the terrain when going at high speeds. That’s what I think contributed

  • @fredrikfahre9017
