To any dual-boot users wondering how to change the Boot Manager's order which keeps resetting, you need to press F10 to confirm. This should've been mentioned in the tooltip, or this video at the very least.

If anybody had this same issue I had, I just figured it out, here's how, it's super simple.
When in BIOS (F10) go in Boot Options, in the UEFI options part, make sure OS Boot Manager is first, THEN press Enter while selected, you should now see both your SSD and HHD, with f5 and f6 keys, change the order so the desired drive is first in the list. THEN to leave this prompt box, press F10, then F10 again to save BIOS changes.
I had to reboot my computer once and it worked for good!!!!!!!
Hopefully this can help a few

The typical user case is replacing HDD by SSD. We clone HDD to SSD. After that, how can we change to boot order, so the SSD is first?
