I absolutely love this story. Such heart. It epitomizes why Michael Irvin was my favorite draft selection EVER (then and now). Those mid 80's Dallas Cowboys teams were sleep walking through key games. Irvin was exactly the type of player they needed, at that point. Sidenote: As a young, repeated heart broken Cowboys fan (before the JJs took over) i sincerely wonder which veteran Cowboys players told Irvin "to just pick up that check.." Michael, if you're reading please chime in. Hopefully it wasn't Herschel or my man Everson Walls. Love both those guys. And i don't think it was either.

But by your logic if you had an organization you wouldn't want to be told about the bad apples because it didn't show on tape.
And as a player you'd be totally cool with those trash guys staying on the team because the bs they do/say ain't on tape.
Every good organization has levels of accountability, from the top down to player to player.
You'd be sitting there blind to players that hurt the team chemistry/goals because it didn't show on game film 😆
