Yes, with Proctortrack I always suggest to anticipate 30min-1hr of set up. It can be as low as 20mins but prepare for the worst. They do give you the option to have one last washroom break right before they unlock it after set up which is nice. Congrats on the pass and so glad it helped!! 🥳

Hey Callum, I am doing my 2nd course now. is there going to be math questions? such us how to calculate LVT ratio etc. ? thanks for the videos again man
Very limited amount of Math basically until you get to C4 & SIMS 2. Even then it's not bad. 1-4 math questions usually on C2 depending on which exam you get and usually on the easier side. 👍
Hello Callum, Thanks for sharing all valuable information regarding this course. I have passed my first course very comfortably. But course 2 exam missed by 4%. And yes very few questions from chapter 6 7 and 8. I have throughly did passit before the exam but there were lot of confusing questions in the exam with very similar answers. Need some advice before I try for 2nd time for the exam. Thanks
Hey glad the videos help! Yes this course is almost 3x the size of C1. How long are you spending studying? This course took me 42days studying 3hrs per day everyday. With yes using Passit. You have the benefit of seeing which modules you struggled in now that you've failed. That can help a bit for sure.
@@CallumMoorekw actually I had studied just for two weeks few hours a day and more in the weekend. Humber course and pass it together... will try harder for second time.
Hi Callum . Thanks for posting this. I am almost done studying C2 and getting ready to revise the whole course in preparation for the exam. what modules should i focus on during my revisions. like you mentioned module 5 is important and there might be a lot of questions in the exam. what other modules are important?
Hey no problem glad it helped. 👍 People have said 1-8 and 14-20 but I studied them all evenly though. When I finished my C2 I couldn't place exactly where the majority were like a few others could. Every exam is different as well so there's that. But yea, multiple people have said they feel 1 to 8 and 14 to 20.
Hi Callum, on the first course i completely skipped all the course material given on the humber website and studied directly from your notes and another website called passit. however, this course seems a lot longer and your notes on this course are only 220 pages. do you think i can pass this exam too just by doing the same method or would you recommend me to read the notes on humber course which are super long
Hey. So I always suggest using the material with third party tools to help make sure you pass and maybe to speed up the process. But I also say stick to a good routine that’s working. And if that is working for you, keep at it! There are a few people doing what you’re doing. 👍
I am contemplating on doing these courses as they're not cheap. I have a question on Course 2, it's a lot of reading and subjects just in one module, how does one retain all that information to pass the test? Is it difficult to accomplish and pass the 2nd exam?
C2 I did find the hardest because of the size. People and including myself found the C3 exam to be the trickiest exam, but just the size of C2 made it seem intimidating and the hardest. I took 42days studying 3hrs a day everyday to pass C2. I will say that you do get a feel for it. I used Passit. ca as well for extra help and some of the questions throughout the entire program to come up again and again. Code of ethics etc. Hard, but beatable. You seem to be doing a lot of due diligence so I'd probably bet on you to get the job done. If you want to join our facebook group there are a TON of students in there as well. 👉facebook.com/groups/2389749611078883
@@CallumMoorekw I assume the program is set up this way on purpose to filter out people. The course must be one of the most difficult to do compared to other countries or provinces? Because I am older mid 40s, I doubt I can retain all the information from the heavy course load. So I am going to really have to think about if this is for me or not.
@@JoeyToronto Yes I think maybe even the world from what I've heard. But it can be done. I'm 37 and the last time I was doing anything like this was 16 years ago. I passed every exam 1st try but I was very diligent with my studying. I've met a number of people that have passed the entire program where english is their second language. So it can be done but maybe even more important is if you want to be a real estate agent. I think with that being a major drive factor the exams can be conquered. 👍 All the best Joey, thanks for watching and if you do go for it reach out anytime!

hi callum, i’m about to finish the second course and i’m going to do the exam soon. Do I have to memorize the conversion measurements from imperial to metric and vise versa or do they give the formula for those questions on the exam?? I’ve been trying to reduce the stress on what to memorize for it loll.
Hey Cass. No don't worry about that at all. The only formulas you will use will be later in SIMS 2 and they give them to you on the exam. No worries there!
Thank you for posting this now! My first attempt at the C2 exam is this Thursday- hoping it's my only attempt lol. How is the math part of the exam? Should I expect to see a lot of it?
Hey great timing! Very little if any math on C2. Is that a good thing? I’m definitely more of a numbers person and WISH there was more haha. Good luck on Thursday! 🤞
Hi Callum, your videos have been very helpful and full of valuable information. just wanted your thoughts on what type of math questions that I should focus studying for Exam 2? I have heard that you may get between 1-3 , sometimes no math questions at all. Would calculating area measurements be included as a math question? What are your recommendations to focus on for passing Exam 2, example all types of the agreements, multiple representation? I also heard that some questions are worth more than others, is that true? Thank you in advance!
Hey glad the videos help! Math wise I would worry at all. Nothing on calculating area as far as I remember. There might of been one on Loan-to-Value Ratio. Very simple division to find a percentage. It's definitely the biggest exam by far. So it'd be tough for me to give you an area to focus on in this message. But yes, multiple rep, REBBA, client vs customer will still be there, but of course 20 modules...A bit to cover for sure. 😄 The questions being weighted I wouldn't worry about. It just means one could be worth 1.2 of a mark and another worth 0.8. It all comes out in the wash at the end. Not worth thinking about really. 👍
@@CallumMoorekw Thanks for your quick reply Callum. One other question, we''ll be reviewing the module summaries and activities, however what are your thoughts on using Passit for Exam 2? @@bffplays2467 Hey no problem. I used Passit for Course 2 & 4. The longer ones to try to speed the process up. I still read all of the material though. Except C4. When you get there you'll see that Modules 9, 10 & 11 are very repetitive. So I skimmed a bunch. I also started to retain a lot of the knowledge and it can get quite repetitive in Course 2. If you see a subject coming up often in the course material then you will likely see it on the exam. 👍 Hey awesome! Well good luck to you both and reach out anytime! 😀

Hi Callum. In your video you said that even if we get 28 wrong we can still pass. I did my exam 2 yesterday. I don’t understand how they calculate this, however, I got 24 wrong, as per my results, and my mark was 67 % how come? Cheers
Hey Marcia, so sorry to hear. 😕 So I assume you looked at your Exam Report, correct? So that Exam Report says you got AT LEAST 1 question wrong in that module/lesson. So you probably got a few questions wrong in one area. The exam is also based on a version of the Angoff Standard Setting System. Which does mean certain questions can carry more weight than another. So one question could be worth 1.1 and another worth 0.9 type thing. It averages out in the end so thats why I mention to keep in mind you can get 28 questions wrong and still pass. Does that make sense?
@@CallumMoorekw Hi. Thanks Callum. Yes, you are right. I understand now after I called the college and they explain the same to me. It’s so frustrating to study all those modules and at the end the questions are so confusing, even doing the elimination process, e.g ., wrong ones. Do you have sample questions ?
@@marciacosta3252 I agree. I just want to confirm are you on Course 2? Hey sorry to hear Harpreet. 😕 Ok so I assume you referring to your Exam Report from Humber? Yes so that doesn't mean you got 28 questions wrong. If you read at the top it only indicates that you got AT LEAST 1 question wrong in that module and lesson. Meaning that you could have got multiple questions wrong. It's not exact on the amount of questions you got wrong.

@@CallumMoorekw actually I had studied just for two weeks few hours a day and more in the weekend. Humber course and pass it together... will try harder for second time.
@@anishmunshi5318 Ok yea. I know some people that go for it fast like that. Probably a good idea to take a little longer. At least it was for me. 👍
@@CallumMoorekw finally I passed course 2 ☺. Thanks for your suggestions for this course.
@@anishmunshi5318 Nice way to get it done Amish! That’s the big one over with! Congrats! 👍👍
@@CallumMoorekw Thanks a zillion
Hi Callum,
on the first course i completely skipped all the course material given on the humber website and studied directly from your notes and another website called passit. however, this course seems a lot longer and your notes on this course are only 220 pages. do you think i can pass this exam too just by doing the same method or would you recommend me to read the notes on humber course which are super long
@@CallumMoorekw Hi Callum, I hope that finds you well and to say thank you so much for your videos. I don't have a tutor, so I check all videos related to the course- yours and Tory-another Humber College real Estate Studante- I could only understand the Proctortrack online Exam after watching her videos. Your videos are great, and I can understand and relate all the ups and downs of the process, and you are right, I am one of the " English as a second language person" Today I got my marks for exam 1, I got 77... OMG, that was close. I had tried the Real Estate before with Orea in the past, I wasn't nearly prepared and did have all this supports from videos like yours and tory and many others that make time to guide us through this. thanks so much and God blesses you. @@CallumMoorekw hi Joey and Callum, I am 56 and I just passed my C1 exam and purchased C2. You are never too old to learn new things in life.
@callum Thanks for theory question, could you give a example of math question in 2nd exam , so we have idea 💡 what Types of question comes in math section , thanks 😊
Hey no problem. Yes I'm putting something together soon that will really help with the exams. Hoping to have C2 done in a couple weeks. 👍
Thank you!
Glad it helped Marcelo!
Thank you Callum!
hi callum, i’m about to finish the second course and i’m going to do the exam soon.
@@CallumMoorekw thanks!! took a weight off my shoulders there😁
Thank you for posting this now!
@@CallumMoorekw Me too, honestly. I've heard there's quite a bit on the C3 exam, but I guess I'll find out soon. Thanks a bunch!!
As I used Passit in the first exam and found it very helpful and did very well.
Thank you,
Ernie & Romina (we are a married couple doing the course together by the way).
@@CallumMoorekw thanks for taking the time to respond. You must be busy with your own real estate career. Shows you have great character.
Hi everyone. I am here not to discourage anyone, however, I did my second exam course 2, and didn't pass, the first 65 and second 67. I don't know what to do anymore, the question and options are so confusing. I try to eliminate those wrong ones, I guess, I got them right, but not enough to pass. someone help me please, is anybody knows someone's questions and what is the answer and why? I just need to understand the format of the questions more than the course itself. Good luck to all.
Hey Marcia. So sorry to hear C2 is holding you up. 😕 What is your study schedule like? I now have created additional support in the form of my Exam Master Mini Course for course 2. I put them together because I do get a lot of people that reach out to me that have failed and it's just TOO costly to fail now that you have to come in more prepared. Hey not sure what you mean Rahima. Like an entire Humber College Real Estate program breakdown?
Hey sir. Your videos are very helpful. I'm currently doing my first course which is marketing and i'm thinking of doing real estate as my next course. So does this course from humber counts towards my work permit? Please it would be a great help
Hey glad they help! I’m not too sure about requirements for work permits. If you think calling Humber could help I’ll put their number here. 👍 416-675-5025
@@CallumMoorekw alright sir. Thanks alot.🤝
I just want to confirm are you on Course 2? amazing guy! very well explained. thank you so much!!
Hey Vik glad it helped! 😀
is 75% considered a passing grade?
If you see 75%...You have passed! 👍
is there any mathematical questions in this exam?
Hey Abby. Very little. Anticipate 0-4 math questions and it is pretty simple calculations. No formulas needed on this course.
Wow 👌
Hi callum I just got 73 in test But I have 28 questions wrong according to your data, which means i suppose to get 75 exactly. But how i got 73
It's not exact on the amount of questions you got wrong.
u da best
😄😄 Thanks Amir!
