Real estate can be so complex and circumstantial, but Callum delivers world-class pedagogy with his up-to-date knowledge and easy listening tools, thank you very much!
I JUST passed exam #2 without having aeen this video....I ABSOLUTELY would have had a higher score had I seen this earlier...Great job Callum, I googled for hours to find a way to sink in but you tattoo my brain in under 8 minutes...Thank you very much
Hey Callum, Thanks very much for your information videos, I've just dived into the Beast and am a little overwelled BUT pushing through with confidence knowing that I can replay your videos over and over again until I understand some of the key Topics. you defiantly helped with the First Test and hopping to get a better score for the 2nd. I've created some flash cards for myself and rereading the lessons I just don't get, so hoping for the best. Worst part is thinking that I have to sit for 3 hours in one spot, God that's going to be tough! Thanks for being a great teacher!
Hey great to hear the videos help Doug. 🙏 It's true they are marathons. Understanding the material and retaining the knowledge is one thing,..then you have to also focus for 3 hours straight. Good fundamentals and mindset to approach the exam day can be equally important. I think for C2 I did take the full 3hrs. By C3 + though, I was getting through them more towards the 2hr mark which felt better. Good luck and reach out anytime as you progress Doug! 👍
Hey. Not too far into this video on the Buyer Representation Agreement I go over in detail the holdover period. I think within the first 5 mins or so. But good video to know as well. 👍 ruclips.net/video/Lbmf9Uq38Fo/видео.html
Can I ask an off topic question? For SIM 1, does it have to be 5 consecutive weekdays ? Or we have a choice for choosing weekends? I am full time worker just would like to know in advance for taking week off if necessary. Please and thank you!
Hi there Callum, I have a request as a video topic. what rules/disclosures must salespersons follow when they're submitting offers on properties that they want to own themselves. Also, if you could answer how these rules differentiate where applicable to purchases outside of ontario, outside of the country, etc. Thank you.
Hey yes you have to disclose any personal interest. There is a form for it. I go over it in this video here 👉ruclips.net/video/b9zibEmaBZs/видео.html As far as outside Ontario or the country it's probably very similar in North America, not sure elsewhere. Let me know if that was what you were after or if it was something else. 👍
Thank you for sharing key points. You should also make some videos explaining the mortgage discharge/ charge and title transfer part done by a buyer’s lawyer.
I like your videos Callum but I think you could have used some examples to explain the differences. I am still confused on difference between precedent and subsequent conditions. :|
Hi callum Please let me know can mortgage condition be waived ?? What is original closing date : amendment closing date or original APS ? Attempted twice course4 Please advise
Hey Sonia. So your questions aren't too relevant to these 3 types of conditions. I watch it again. Of course a Mortgage condition can be waived, if it is written the proper way. For example, a condition precedent. Your second question as well I'm not too sure what you mean. If a closing date was moved from fro example the 8th to the 16th. The original closing date would be the 8th. I think you are possible referring to some questions you saw on the exam. However I would need more context of the situation involved in the question.

@@ProfitWolf1 To tell you the truth I just use iMovie. I own Final Cut Pro but for what I do iMovie is more than enough.
