Thank you very much for the tips on speeding up the completion of the PhD study, but I have a note that some universities require that the student publish several papers in international journal, as you know that the process of finding the idea and implementing it and getting good results and then writing the paper all this takes quite a bit of time, after completing this, the student sends his research to the Journal, which may take 6 months to respond, whether by accepting, rejecting, or requesting amendments, you need additional time in order to submit the research again, sometimes some journals take a whole year to publish the research, how can I deal with this challenge according to your opinion And thank you in advance.

Thank you for your message. The points that you have made are really correct.
There are two ways in which I can answer this question.
First is universities that only requires thesis this can be relatively easily managed. I also mentioned that if you cannot do it in one year little longer is also perfectly acceptable. What I was trying to say is that if you plan your research and thesis properly you may be able to complete it faster even if it is not one year but a little bit more it is fine.
Now the second option is when you have to submit a thesis by publication which requires two or three publications. In this case you could aim to finish your research, but then take the time needed to finish the journal publications.
This is what I said when I mentioned that there are some things that are beyond your control and hence you need to plan accordingly.
If you decide which journal you want to submit and assess their review times you can plan according to that. These days there are many journals that do relatively fast review cycle so maybe you can choose one of those if they are available in your discipline.
By the way, what is your research area and where are you pursuing your PhD?
I hope my response is useful. If you need any further clarification, please message me. Thank you.
