The new finish has that RH look that has been trending for a decade or so it should sell well.. Pine naturally yellows and darkens with age so I didn't hate the original finish. The pulls are large for the piece. Smaller brass pulls or plain wood knobs would be pretty. Still she did a great job. I wish we could have seen the entire piece in one shot.

Belt sander is way too aggressive. Should go over it with a DA sander with 180 grit.
I had no issues with it. I use it frequently with solid wood pieces and a 180 grit.
