Everyone compares this to Lexus ES or Camry. Crown Platinum drives like a Lexus LS. Smooth, composed with effortless power.
I test drove the slower version which felt very nice. Interior is spartan but modern. Outside looks are “love it or hate it”. You get no prestige points driving a $55k Toyota sedan but if this was $35k I’d be all over it
a top of the line camry is 42k, so idk where you are getting 35k from lol
@@aichan5235 exactly.. What car for $35k is going to how rear wheel steering, power trunk with kick sensor, hud, and power adjusting steering wheel?
Nice car, the 'lifted sedan' concept is unique but to me the 340 hp and 400 lb-ft torque hybrid max is the only one that isn't boring. Crown is slightly bigger and probably better safety ratings than a Camry but there aren't many other positives. Available hybrid max on the Platinum trim seems like the only reason to buy one. Crown has a generic interior that looks similar to other Toyota's. If you take your friend for a ride in your new Crown make sure to lean their seat back because unless you have this hybrid max version your friend is going to fall asleep from boredom.
Yes please on the comparison.
In general very good car...BUT...$$$ way to high. I struggle to find value with any of the car prices these days but especially with Toyota and Jeep vehicles...seems like both inflate the prices...realistically it is $10K to $15K overpriced.
They have a lot of expenses 😆 plus it’s a for profit publicly traded company. Good thing most of their cars last long but otherwise buying new cars every 3 years is a bad idea
I think the problem with the Crown is that it's kinda competing against the Camry, which is slightly cheaper when fully loaded. I do think it's still a great car, and looks much better in person IMO. It's not for everyone, but I like how it looks.
Overpriced yeah, but one of the best looking cars out there at price range if not the best. Definitely the best looking Toyota.
Nicely done
2025 Toyota Crown Hybrid MAX Platinum Fastback Crossover Sedan!
Would you get a new one or a certified pre owned?
I know that road, it’s Toyota in Orem, Utah righy?
Ur up early (or late) as usual. I wish Toyota would put that Hybrid Max engine in the Sienna~ it would be the only 'high' performance van on the market & I think it would sell like hotcakes. Greetings from Las Vegas~
Sounds good, but not many families want a high performance minivan. I don't think it would sell at all.
be advised that power steering wheel, power trunk, and Heads-up display is the first appearance on 2025 Toyota Crown platinum, other trims won’t have these. Also, 2023 and 2025 platinum crown also don’t equip with these.
it also has rear wheel steering.
you need to explain the differences between the platinum and the Limited
the platinum has rear wheel steering, power steering wheel, power trunk with kick sensor, and HUD, and a faster engine. The limited lacks all of that.
This is🔥
Good car. Bad price. 57k!!
i mean if you can afford the payments and have a trade in, who is buying a car in full lol
Too expensive, at that price I would look into Lexus or Acura.
lexus isn’t as updated as the crown. The crown has more features than the es and is AWD lol
Would be great to see the comparison. How does this compare to the no longer available Avalon?
You can get all this features but less head room in a 2024 Hyundai sonata limited with only 38000 (before tax)😂, 54000?nahhh
Toyota is prestige compared to a korean generic hyundai 😅
$57k for a 4 banger Toyota lol
It's a horrible deal if it loses 12K in 2 years.
They can keep that overpriced Camry wagon
Honestly for me I just don't like the looks of the car. I'm sure it's a nice driving car and luxurious but who wants to drive an ugly car. Reminds me of a mercury Sable from the 80s!
it’s not ugly 😭 most people who drive them actually get compliments and questions about what car it is
My Avalon is better.
Only thing I couldn’t believe about the crown sedan when I sat in one is how poor the rear headroom is. and by the way, I’m only 5‘11” tall.
But I did test drive a platinum or whatever the one with the turbo is and it was a dream to drive, I must say
Yeah, I'm 6'3" and almost decided against it because of the headroom but I got a great deal under $50k for a '24. The '25 added a few things like HUD but not $7-8k worth.
@@WeatherHappensthe 2025 has rear wheel steering too
Nice car for a Toyota
Reviews cars, never exceeds 40 mph🤦♂️
He's using cars from a dealership. You think they'll let him near a car again if he goes 70 mph on a car they plan to sell? 😂
He uploads daily, multiple times give the guy a break haha. Plus he borrows these from dealerships so I doubt they would be too impressed if he starts booting it down the highway
This is probably a replacement for the Avalon which was the priciest Toyota at the time. Nice vehicle though and more modern than the traditional sedan Avalon.
These reviews are example of “quantity over quality” but still better than nothing
@@jgadiaz plenty of RUclipsrs review cars from dealerships and go well over 40 mph. I'm not saying blast it top speed, but how can you give it an honest review when you barely exceed residential speeds🙄🤣
Toyota forgot what makes them a Toyota with this one
