Nice finish on the cop car, maybe put a bend in the antenna and clip it to the roof gutter above the driver door. Prevent possible eye injury and fits on shelf better.
Thank you. I am going to be getting another one of these for the radio stack, and I will most likely build the kit up like the picture you sent me. It won't be identical, but it will be close.
I'm glad you got it finally done.ive been waiting for it. what's next.do you have any corvairs at all.what I'm hoping to see next is all your car's that lite up together.i wish round 2 would have an Ohio State patrol car.model.
Thank you very much. I had so much fun with it. I'm going to move back to the Texac Station and get it a bit farther along. I will be doing a photo shoot sometime soon (when the weather warms up) where I have all my cars lit up outside with a sunset or sunrise. I've been planning on taking them and the Texaco Station somewhere where I can set them all up at dawn or dusk to take some very cool pictures. Something like a Friday Night car show. I think someday I'll do an OSP car with the MPC cruiser kit, or a combination of that kit and this one. It will fit right in at the City Center building that I plan on building this summer.
The Police car came out sweet Mark! I always learn so much from your channel my friend, I did end up lighting my USACC build, 1955 Ford truck. If you ever have time. check out my final on the USACC group build. Happy modeling.✌👍
David R Lentz, USA A clean, excellent job! I like all the fine touches you added to it. Your admission to mistakes gave me much needed chuckles. Thank you for everything.
Thank you very much. I want to be honest with everyone, and if I don't show the mistakes someone else may do the same thing. Plus it's always fun to laugh at yourself.
Beautiful work Mark, and you’re right black is the show all, most unforgiving color to spray, but when you get it right, as you did here, all is great!! Super nice bud!!👍
Thank you very much. It's nice to finally have the right tools to get black to lay down. I've struggled with it for so long that honestly if this kit wasn't sent to me for the Texaco station I wouldn't have ever done it just because of the black. Now I need to get some cotton gloves to handle it. LOL Have a great day.
Great Build ! and sure was great to follow!! MMMM Donuts!! My favorite is the Eclair! See ya in the Shop! Oh The Baby is here at 7:15am. all is well-ttyl!!
I hope i can get mine to look half this good! I can almost smell the stale cigarettes, old French fries, and donuts in the interior. (You learn to ignore the other smells LMAO). Buck Savage would be proud to drive this!
What a nice turnout Mark! Hard work payed off for sure! Love the light man! To be curbside, that's a great opurtunity to go the extra mile with extra details! The donuts is perfect! lol Love the slideshow and music! That dico sounding 70's tunes went perfect with the car!😎
Thank you so much. I couldn't pass up getting that bubble light lit. I knew as soon as I heard that music that it was going for this build. It is the perfect late 70's police show music. LOL Thanks for watching.
Wow Mark! That turn out so awesome!!!! That shinny black is finger print heaven... Lol Still looks so awesome. I'm proud to have went the kit for the town. It was fun to see what you did with the light on top. Thanks for the shout-out too my friend... 😁 LLAP 🖖
I have to thank you, I don't think I would have ever picked up this kit, and I had so much fun building it. I can't wait for the weather to get nice again so I can take this and a few roadsters out and have some picture fun. I learned so much while I was building this kit, and truly enjoyed every minute of it. You know that this made me think that sometime after I finish the Texaco station I'll have to build a City Center for this and the rescue squad truck that I'm going to build here real soon. Thank you again my friend.
This sure turned out very nice. You really captured that cop car feel. Thanks for all your tips and tricks, and long format follow along videos. Love them.
Hey it came out beautiful Mark. Sorry for buggin you so much for more lights. I really thought you'd work that out. Like I said it came out great. If you don't mind me asking, what specific color did you use on the interior? Thanks for the video.
I never mind being pushed to do better. Trust me I sure wanted to get those lights lit. I even thought the doughnut box could hide the battery, but it would have been way out of scale. The interior was Tamiya's XF-60 Dark Yellow.
Question Mark, have you built.. Or would you build one of the MPC gangbusters cars? I have one and would love to see what you could do with such a classy car dude
Came out great
Thank you very much.
Nice build 😁😅
Thank you very much.
Good wrap up. Way to admit the flaws and how you would correct it next time.
Thank you very much. I'm all about admitting my mistakes so no one else struggles.
That came out great!
Thank you very much.
Nice finish on the cop car, maybe put a bend in the antenna and clip it to the roof gutter above the driver door. Prevent possible eye injury and fits on shelf better.
Thank you very much. I've been trying to find the right sized can to bend it around so it's not all wiggly.
That's just literally incredible work!!!
Thanks. I sure got as much as I could with this one.
❤
Thank you very much.
That really turned out great. I think the operational light is awesome.
Thank you very much. That light was a challenge for sure, but now I know how to do it I want to do more. LOL
Love the light Mark Awesome job man
Thank you very much.
Great cop car.
Thank you.
You've really done your research on this one, nice work.
Thank you very much. I had a lot of great help with this one.
I’m going to look into the controller board for something…not sure what yet. Fantastic build.
Thank you very much. If you ever get into an Arduino I can help you out. I've done a bunch with them.
Thats a very nice police vehicle. Great placement for the battery
Thank you very much. I wish I could have squeezed a 9 volt in there, but at least I got the gumball to light.
Very nice looking build. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much.
Turned out really nice, amazing job!
Thank you very much.
Turned out great mate👍👍
Thank you very much.
Another fantastic build! My favorite to date!
Thank you. I am going to be getting another one of these for the radio stack, and I will most likely build the kit up like the picture you sent me. It won't be identical, but it will be close.
Very cool!
This is a great kit. Well done. I'd love to build a black and white one as well.
Thank you very much. It was a lot of fun.

Awesome result Mark!! Really great work and what a fun build!!
Thanks, I sure had a blast building it.
@@grandpamarkshobbies I know it’s a simple old kit but I’d like to get one to have up on the shelf. It looks pretty cool.
It really does. It is packed with little hidden details.
She’s looking gorgeous, Mark!
Thank you very much. I'm happy. Just wish the decals worked. LOL
I was thinking that just before you said that cool nice looking build great lighting.
Thank you very much. I had a lot of fun with this build.
Mark what an amazing job. I swear you nailed it just as it should look.

Nice build! Love the details you put in your builds. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much. I do love to do the detail work.
This turned out amazing! You should be proud!
Thank you very much.
Galaxie Police car came out awesome. I also used a single revolving light.😊
Thanks. I like that classic single bubble look.
Simply amazing! What a great build. I love the signal light, awesome! 😀👍🏻
Thank you very much. I learned a lot on this one, and now I want to do another. LOL
Very well done. Really liked the gumball.
Thank you very much. My next gumball will be a little smoother.
That looks awesome. Nice job!!!
Thank you very much.

It looks Great. Does Daisy know that you used the Dog Dishes??? (askin' for a friend), 🤣🤣😝 Best to Teri, Enjoy your WEEKEND 😁👍🤫✔️
I'm belly rolling right now. LOL Teri asked me last night "Why do you call them dog dishes?" I'll tell her you sent your wishes.
Cool,love that light on top.

Great build, I love it. I did mine as a detective car, but it doesn't look as good as yours! Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thank you I'm sure yours looks great. We are all our own critics.
Great work as always Mark.
Thank you very much.
Looks awesome

Great build! I've built one of these so far, got 4 more in waiting for future builds. I did mine in North Carolina State Trooper livery.
Thanks. These kits are like chips, you just can't build one. LOL

The cop car turned out great 👍
With all these first responders hanging out, you are going to need a huge coffee urn in the station. 😆
Thank you very much. I just told the wife last night that I need to make a Mr. Coffee for the Texaco station. LOL Great Minds.

Yeah, it would have. I will do something cool with the rescue squad that is unexpected.
@@grandpamarkshobbiesI know it'll be cool !!!
The Galaxie looks great! I especially like the donut box on the seat! I mean, who ever heard of a cop that doesn't like donuts? LOL
LOL. I printed that box as a joke, but it just looked so cool that I had to leave it. Thanks for watching.
Question Mark, have you built.. Or would you build one of the MPC gangbusters cars? I have one and would love to see what you could do with such a classy car dude
I have been looking at the one with the motorcycle, but it's going to be a long time before I'm caught up enough to get to it.
