Its Great innovation in writers life...!!! I would say this is phenomenal step - action for us....!!! because if there any writer with story there is film i am fully agree with Anjum sir, stories, screenplays are basic pillars of movie, if there is not strong narrative screenplay a film will be not made....!!! writers wants everything remuneration, Royalty, Identification, credit. so SWA and government of India such a amazing trusty platform for us...!!! today i am sure each writer would now fearless more confident in front of producers and all filmmakers.....!!
