Oh!!! Thank you very much!! 😆😆🙏🙏
Hope you enjoy making Japanese dishes!
I always love new ideas for bentos. Those potato croquets in the last recipe looked great! I'm not experienced with them so I'll give them a try. Also, what was that purple dish in the last box? I thought it looked like a little bundle of shredded radicchio?
Thank you so much!! I'm so glad you liked the potato croquets.
About the purple dish, it's cucumber (and a little eggplant) pickles. It is pickled using red perilla leaves, which gives it this color :)
Awesome
Thanks!!
@@JapaneseCookingChannel you’re welcome
I always have Kewpi mayo in my fridge. (Love it in egg salad.)
That's great!!! I love it too :D
Do you have a video on how to make Japanese Mayo? It's not something easily found in stores in my country, and I would love to try it!
Oh! I've never thought making mayo myself! It sounds fun! I'm not sure if I could do, but I will try and I will share the recipe when I can make good one :D
Thanks for your comment as always 💕
I can't have miso unfortunately but it is nice, the recipes look great.
You can use soy sauce instead!!
